'I stayed here and the front desk worker was amazing. I went to my room before leaving and it looked like no one cleaned the room in weeks. The floor wasn’t swept, the bathroom tub was filthy and the entire room was nasty. I had to clean the tub before I before I could step foot in it. It looked like they had been doing construction and just left it as is. The floor in the room was just as disgusting. The lock on the door was not secure and was broken. It looked as if it had been replaced...

'To start we arrive and checked in around 10:30 and got to our room and found that the toilet had dried urine on the seat and the was very loose and had hair on the floor like the room had not been cleaned my wife call the front desk at told the lady working the desk told her that the room had been clean and my wife informed me that the lady she spoke to acted like she was making this up and no one came to the room to care of these issues'

'This property is in desperate need of a deep clean and frankly a remodel/refresh. The staff have really cute personal touches around the property and everyone was lovely. Especially the lady who prepped breakfast the morning of Sun May 17th, I didn’t get her name though. They were generous with towels in the room. The outside patio area is quite cute but really only 2 groups would fit. One elevator was down during our stay which made for very long wait times and the elevator that is working...

'We had ants around and on the desk area, and the shower drained very slowly, but overall the room was good and the hotel was nice. We would stay there again.'

'The hall carpet was torn and terribly stained. The room flooring was stained as well. We couldn't get past the stains to say whether or not the room was clean. Breakfast was minimal.'
