'The condo was very clean and welcoming, but there were major renovations being done to the complex. We experienced 5 days of jackhammering, hammering and drilling being done in the unit directly above us. It went on from 8am to 4pm from Monday to Friday. This unit should have never been offered for rent while this racquet was going on. It totally ruined our vacation. '

Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. '
