'The hotel is a traditional hotel and in someway a bit outdated. But just because of this, it has its charm. The location in Fort Townsend is awesome and the staff is friendly. The beds are good. We had a bathroom with a old-school bath. I can imagine that this for older people is a bit difficult to use as the shower because of the high step-in.'

'We stayed in cabin 3 which was sweetly decorated with an electric fireplace. Staff promptly swapped our malfunctioning coffee machine for a new one. Delicious coffee! Small frig for keeping our leftovers and beverages. Bathroom door squeaked and the bathroom walls were about 7 feet high and not to the ceiling, which was unique.
Guests have free access to the gym around the corner: it’s very well equipped, plus they have showers, a jacuzzi and a sauna.
Overall a relaxing experience. '

'First time here. You can tell they’ve done a lot of renovations. I really enjoyed my stay here. We had the premium king deluxe room with a view. Well worth the money as the view was stunning. The hotel room was clean and the staff were friendly. '

'Was een beetje bezorgd door het lezen van de recensies. Gebouw ziet er aan de buitenkant verouderd uit. Kamers zijn erg groot en schoon. Bed prima. Niks mis met onze kamer en daardoor was ik verrast. Geen geluidsoverlast gehad. Ontbijt was voldoende maar de ruimte is heel erg klein en in dezelfde ruimte als de incheckbalie.'

'Beautiful historical hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the bed too and we liked the vintage style fridge. Because this is a historical building the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! I'd give it a higher rating but the thin walls were an annoyance. Also, no AC in the unit.'

'The spacious corner suite we had looked out onto the bay from two sides and had a pleasant balcony to sit on. The hotel's restaurant served very good food and fulfilled all of our food needs during the stay. The grounds add charm. The mood is quirky and creative.'
