'We all enjoyed the property. It was a ways away from most activities but was quiet and we fit perfectly. The family all travel extensively and use B and B's and other means.. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend it.'

'We were offered a different home shortly after booking due to this one being booked already. The other home was beautiful and well stocked. Cedric the Property manager was excellent! He met my husband there early so that we could drop off luggage before check in time and even put our cold grocery items in the fridge for us. Wished we could have stayed longer. 'My husband and two teens stayed here for Spring Break and we had a great time. The location is wonderful, beautiful beach out front, bike path, walking distance to snorkeling at Sharks cove and market, short walk or drive to nearby surf spots. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and owners onsite and very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!'

'The website on this property is accurate. The ocean view and sounds of the surf in the winter are what makes this property quite desirable, although please know that the waters are not conducive to swimming in the winter (true for most of the North Shore of Oahu). However, given the premium price charged we were very disappointed with the poor maintenance and supplies. Some of the screens were torn and the screen door to the lanai does not work properly. 'This little house is clean, well-appointed, and the location is absolutely stunning. We loved walking in the flat rocks of the Long Beach. It’s not ideal for swimming, but it’s wild and wonderful. We even saw humpbacks breaching in the distance. Each room has an adequate air conditioning unit. We did have a little trouble with accessing Netflix and prime. The Rooster seems to crow on its own schedule, but he and the hen watch over the property, along with the little family of cats. We loved it!'

'Loved the property. Location was great with easy walks to the resort to watch the surfers, sunrise and sunsets. Pool and beach activities all in easy distances. VERY prompt responses to all questions by management and never made us feel like our questions were stupid. Well stocked with necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Would only offer to suggest an air conditioner in the kitchen. It can get warm and hard to cool due to the layout of the floor plan. Overall very happy.'

'The house is perfect for a family. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The semi private beach is incredible. we enjoyed it a lot. The beach towels are great, but the rest of the linens could be improved. We had an issue with the hot tub. It was super gross. The maintenance company for the property did not do their job. My husband spent over 2 hours cleaning it so we could use it. The property manager Istiban and the maintenance man, Sam are great. Great communication and helpful. If you stay here...

'Home was perfect. their was a chicken farm/Dog farm and the roosters let the presence be known at 4am. haha. this is to be expected on the north shore, but this was much more than usual. the feild adjacent to home was nice. the local host was incredable helpful.'

'One of the condos in gated resort area. Upper level unit 88, nice view. Clean and well equipped. No lanai/outside sitting area. Small swimming pool across the parking place. Bed located in the loft, where it was uncomfortably warm (mobile air cooler provided but too noisy for us; ceiling fan in main room did not help either, also not in indicated direction for the purpose).
