'It was a great stay with my aged parents at C J Palazzio. The staff, right from reception, bell persons, room service, house keeping and restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. Also the driver informed that the accommodation given to them was good. The food (we had lunch) was very tasty. The complimentary breakfast had a good spread of all dishes with a live counter. Overall a very comfortable stay'

'It was an amazing experience but the AC in room was not high enough and when I try to lower the temperature,I noticed that beyond some temperature, I couldn't lowered down from my remote. I could have called front desk and since it was at midnight,I really sleepy and don't want to wakeup. That was the only negative experience which I encountered,apart from these everything including hospitality,food were awesome especially hats off to the location.I have to shout out some of the names like...

'The web site photos are misleading. There is no worthwhile view from hotel. Lift did not work. Supposed to include free breakfast but restaurant was closed as they had no other guests. Not open for lunch either. Premium room was supposed to have 2 rooms. Second room was sofa bed in entryway. We could not cancel as we had checked in. We gave the room to our driver and found a luxury resort nearby for the same price. Do not be misled by their photos. Reviews are probably fake. Stay away from this...
