Vakantiehuis Ocean View op White Sands Village.

Wij zijn gevestigd 4 mijl ten zuiden van de charmante Kailua-Kona Village en direct tegenover de spectaculaire Kona Magic Sands Beach. U zult genieten van een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan en dromerige zonsondergangen vanaf onze grote overdekte veranda. Ons huis is bijna aan de kust, gelegen op een eenheid van de voorkant van de zuidelijke Keauhou gebouw! Loop op slechts 70 stappen naar een van Kona beste zandstranden of reizen een mijl ten zuiden van de beroemde Kahalu'u Beach Park, waar u kunt genieten van buitengewone snorkelen. Onze tropisch ingerichte en comfortabele thuis weg van huis is 2 slaapkamers en 2 volledige baden. We hebben onlangs geactualiseerd en ons huis van alle gemakken voor uw vakantie verblijf inclusief, nieuwe beddengoed, meubels en full-size apparaten. U zult genieten van een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit beide slaapkamers en het geluid van de oceaan kan ons hele huis te horen. We hebben zojuist onze slaapbank uitgebreid naar het COZY MATTRESS-systeem met een echte matras voor een zeer comfortabele nachtrust!

White Sands Village biedt vele resort-stijl faciliteiten zoals zwembad, spa, sauna en gratis tennisbanen.


Wat u kunt verwachten: fris beddengoed en handdoeken, nieuw meubilair, een goed uitgeruste keuken en strandspullen om van te genieten. Uw Hawaiian vakantiewoning is tropisch ingericht en ideaal voor gezinnen met een queen size bed in de slaapkamer, twee aparte bedden in de tweede slaapkamer en een queen size Cozy Matras slaapbank in de woonkamer. Twee volledige baden, centrale lucht, plafondventilatoren, tv, dvd, gratis WiFi en een wasmachine en droger dragen allemaal bij aan het comfort en gemak van dit ideale appartement. Ontspan in uw thuis weg van huis met het geluid van de golven die u 's nachts laten slapen. U zult genieten van uitzicht op turkoois blauw water vanuit beide slaapkamers en grote Lanai. Ons huis bevat veel upgrades, waaronder granieten werkbladen, hickory-kasten, nieuwe full-size apparaten, een inloopdouche en nieuw betegelde vloeren.

Resort Voorzieningen: Profiteer van de vele resort-stijl voorzieningen die White Sands Village is een dergelijk aanbod zoals zwembad, spa, sauna, gratis tennisbanen, een pooltafel, en goed gemanicuurde tropische gronden heeft. Geniet van de maaltijden op uw Lanai of hoofd naar beneden naar de overdekte BBQ gebied waar u kunt grillen van uw maaltijd op een van de drie gas grills. Onze grote Lanai is de perfecte plek voor maaltijden met een prachtig uitzicht op de zonsondergang!

In de omgeving: Direct tegenover Magic Sands Beach. Minuten van grote snorkelen bij Kahalu'u Bay! Beschermde, heldere baai en veel zeeschildpadden. KTA supermarkt, Long's drogisterij, L & L Hawaiian BBQ. De beste golf van Kona!

* We houden ervan dat kinderen bij ons blijven, maar houd er bij het reserveren rekening mee dat kinderen die niet zindelijk zijn, vanwege onze complexe regels niet in het zwembad worden toegelaten. This is a lovely place equipped with everything you need for the beach - great beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella. The condo is also well equipped and is immaculately clean. The location is great with wonderful restaurants and snorkeling nearby. Kira is a wonderful owner to work with. I look forward to coming back.

The host was very prompt to get back to me when i had some questions. we had possible date changes, the days were open, so they held them for me till i found out the final schedule. The condo itself is in a perfect location. from the balcony you can see the ocean and sunset and sleep to the rhythm of the waves.

Great condo with great amenities!

This condo is across the street from the beach plus has one of the nicest pools in Kona. We also enjoyed the pool table and pickleball. We especially appreciated a working ice maker which seems to be rare in many rentals. The people at the beach can be loud, but we used the provided fans to block out any noise at night. Highly recommend this place!!

Well priced, wonderful unit!

My husband, 9 yr old daughter and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this White Sands Village condo.We loved the location being right across the street from the beach. We made use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler, which was great for the beach. The beach has a large swell when we were there, so we didn't go in too deep as there were a lot of boogie boarders and the current was strong, but we still had lots of fun. It was also nice that the beach had a lifeguard. We also greatly enjoyed the pool at the unit when my daughter decided there was too much sand at the beach!The unit itself was nice and well equipped. The balcony was quite large and also had a ceiling fan. The unit had air conditioning, which we made use of and kept things cool.The only thing we didn't care for was the location of the parking spot. It was a bit of a trek to the unit and although there is an elevator, stairs are unavoidable, so bringing our luggage and groceries in was a bit of a pain.That said, overall we really enjoyed the unit and I thought the pricing was very good for the area. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we wanted to enjoy beach and pool time

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our month at this property, it's probably my favorite place we've ever rented! The space was clean and well decorated, the sofa bed was extremely comfortable, Denise (the property manager) was so nice and professional. The location is perfect and we enjoyed the beach across the street, town, Waimea, and all kinds of adventures. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations! We highly recommend this property to anyone, mahalo for making our stay so perfect!

Amazing condo and location!!

We stayed in March 2024. We are a family of 6 - 2 grandparents, my husband and I and 2 kids. The condo was spotless. The kitchen had everything you could need for your stay. Lots of pots and pans, and has a crock. The condo has A/C which is preset to 72F and cannot be made any cooler. We were worried it would be too warm but every room has a fan which we turned on at night and had no complaints about temperature. The balcony has the BEST view!! We woke up every morning to the sound of ocean waves and watched the sunset every evening. The beach across is very rough and dangerous for swimming. We often heard the lifeguard on the loud speaker warning people of it being one of the most dangerous beaches. Large waves with lava rock on shore which you could get pushed onto. Location: the complex is right on Alii’i drive which had loud traffic going back and forth, which we didn’t mind, but if you are looking for peace and quiet while sitting outside, this is not the place for you. Stairs: the complex does have an elevator to get you to the 2nd floor, however the hallway to get to the condo is staggered as the building was built on a slope so you still have to go down 6 stairs to be able to get to the condo. Keep this in mind if stairs and mobility is a problem for you. Beds: the beds in both bedrooms are incredibly comfortable and we had the best sleeps! The pullout couch is very, very uncomfortable, hard and you can feel all the springs. Thank you for having us. We will be back!!

The place is incredible! Well stocked with necessities and beach equipment. Magic Sands Beach right across the street. Great clubhouse with pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQs and even a great pool table. Best place we've stayed in our trips to Hawaii. We'll be back I hope! Also, big shout out to Sean, the night ops guy. Super nice guy!

Perfect location

The balcony is fantastic. We chose to pick up poke and eat outside because the view was so great. It is a large balcony with multiple seating and a great view of Magic Sands Beach. You can walk across the street to the beach to watch sunset and to eat at Magic Sands Grill. The condo has everything you need including beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc. It is very nice to have two bathrooms for two couples. The beds are comfortable and there is air conditioning! I left a souvenir there when we checked out and the housekeeper offered to mail it to me. So kind and thoughtful although it was my mistake. I highly recommend this condo!

Perfect Spot!

We had an amazing stay. The condo for our needs perfectly. A quick walk across the street to Magic Sands Beach for boogie boarding, a mile south to great snorkeling, and sunset dinners on the lanai were our favorites. The beds were comfortable, the parking spot was needed for us, and the condo was well-stocked with beach chairs, biggie boards, towels, etc. Enjoy your stay here, and don’t worry about a thing!

Really loved the place! Loved having a pool and hot tub to add to relaxation of the trip! Walked to dinner, everything was easy and the background sound of the waves with morning coffee and lulling you to sleep was wonderful!
