'Very convenient location. There’s a popular poke spot right next to the building. Easy access to the beach. Only 10mins drive to grocery stores/restaurants. The unit is very clean. I like that they have a washer and dryer in the unit. It is somewhat noisy at night because the window is facing the street. But I sleep with earplugs anyways so that’s not a problem to me. 'This is my second time staying at this location. The condo was perfect for my week stay. Clean, had everything I needed in the kitchen and for the week (beach chairs, pool floats, yoga mat…) Air conditioning in the unit was appreciated, and bedroom and patio fans were wonderful to stay cool in the evenings. Easy arrival process, received all codes for gates and doors before arrival. And a lovely surprise of island chocolates on the counter :). Main bed very comfortable. Did not use the pull out...

'Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Kona. Perfect location, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, and tennis! The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed to include beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen had plenty of condiments. The owner was a great communicator, and quickly answered all of our questions. We lived out on the lanai - great view! I would highly recommend this location for a perfect Big Island vacation!'
