  • One bedroom condo on the 2nd floor at an oceanfront complex. It has a queen sized bed, a Murphy bed and fold out couch in the living room. Beautiful ocean view from the lanai. A heated pool with shower, restrooms and a library. There’s a bench oceanfront for whale watching and sunsets. It is located among beautiful gardens on Alii Drive, one mile stroll to downtown Kona and beaches. Bicycle rentals across the street with drop off zones along Alii Drive. 10.5 miles from Kona Airport.

Great condo and location. If you are a hot sleepers, AC is portable window in living area only and when hot and humid only runs for so long before it has to be manually drained

This is a lovely apartment. Very clean. Location is great for everything. The ocean breeze is unforgettable! Quite at night. Beds are comfy. Will come back!

The property had free parking, laundry, dishwasher, air conditioner in the main room only. The view of the ocean from balcony is nice but really good from parking lot with stairway access right down to the rocky shore-great for sunset! 2 mile walk from downtown. Does have rules for pool and quiet time that is enforced - not a party type place, more for a quiet calm environment. Overall very nice!

The view was great. Hosts were easy to communicate with and overall the place was very well kept and the property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you stay here dont forget to see the sunset, its sureal!

travelers beware !!!!! do not expect or try for a last minute booking!!!! booked a stay for myself and 2 little ones booking was confirmed drove out from the eastside when i got there checked booking info and it was cancelled!!! had no where to stay while tryna spend time with my kids ….. as far as the property cleanliness and everything else i have no idea didnt wanna write a review like this but felt its important should someone be in my situation they know what to expect

Close to everything!!!

Squeaky clean unit with an awesome porch and great pool area! Close to plenty of great restaurants and perfect launching place to explore the island!

The owner was very easy to deal with in every aspect and even checked in to see if everything was ok partway thru our stay. Nice location, great pool, and beautiful sunsets!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Close drive to Kona. Easy check in and out and great pool! Beautiful sunsets rights on the water. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Kona Vacation

Great location- very short walk to Kona but far enough out of city centre to avoid congestion and noise. Great condo with a very nice deck area, great pool. Super comfy beds. We had a fantastic stay!

Great location

My family stayed here for two days during our family vacation to Hawaii. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. The property was exactly as listed and was in a great location. It was nice to watch the sunset from the lanai in the evening and my kids loved the pool. We really enjoyed our stay!

Several things we appreciated about our stay at the Ali condos. The condo was clean and as pictured so there were no surprises. Quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM which means there were no loud parties. Very nice pool. Near everything we wanted to do. Clear communication with the host and they checked with us midweek to ask if everything was OK. Yes, I would stay here again and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Great location!

We had a great stay in Kona! This rental was a short drive to many great beaches, restaurants, and shopping! The owners were very responsive when we had questions! They were wonderful! We loved the pool after a day of exploring and watching the sunset in the evenings. We would stay again!
