Great location, close to many shops and restaurants. Check in was a snap, the host was great to work with from booking to check out. The rental was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property to others and hope to stay there on my next visit.

The location is great, right in downtown Kona with easy access to everything. The included parking off the back of the building was covered and easy to access. The condo was clean and well stocked. We loved being on the lanai and hearing the ocean all night.

Perfection

It was a little tricky to find the property but once we found it and got checked in we were pleasantly surprised with how nice of a location it was! This property is everything that it is advertised and more. The apartment is very clean, well furnished and stocked with beach gear, coolers, and even seasonings for cooking. The Murphy bed is extremely comfortable! The location is perfect as well. Ocean view from the lanai, easy walk to so many restaurants and shops.

Enjoyed the location, spaciousness and safety of the condo. Rental agents were very helpful with a few problems(housekeeping) we had upon arriving. You could tell the owner really tries to make this a nice place to stay. We will definitely recommend this unit to our friends.

Nice location, clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was secure, clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was stocked with all the stuff you need. It does get warm at night in the bedroom. We found some fans in the hall closet which helped a lot!

Location is excellent. Can walk to lots of restaurants and shops. Easy access to highway as needed. There is no AC in this unit, but cooled down enough at night with fans and windows that it was not needed.

Price is Wayyyyy worth the comfortable rental unit- Location is convenient, pool /BBQ area is frequently maintained,elevator is fast, all of the electronics (tv, lights,fans, remotes were fully functional! My only complaint is that we had to go home, our vacation came to an end!

Spacious wirh a Great location

Bright, sunny and spacious condo next to restaurants and shops. Beautiful partial ocean view with a great balcony. Two bathrooms and a comfortable bed. Some of the kitchen pans and utensils were a bit worn out, but well equiped.
