Prachtig uitzicht op zee - Sunset Lanai Dineren, prachtig opgewaardeerd en uitgerust

Prachtig gerenoveerde een slaapkamer met spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan. Biedt zeer comfortabel, prive en goed uitgeruste accommodatie - alle gemakken van thuis. Stel je voor dat je op je privé lanai zit, tijdens de dag naar de zee kijken en misschien dolfijnen of walvis zien, of 's avonds kijken naar een prachtige Hawaiiaanse zonsondergang en misschien zelfs een groene flits! Binnen is een goed gevulde keuken met alle bijgewerkte apparatuur, ingebouwde vloeren in het hele appartement, centrale air conditioning, 2 flatscreen-tv's, koningin kussenhoes bed, grote inloopdouche, slaapbank in de woonkamer, draadloos internet en gratis lang Afstand die het vasteland van de VS en Canada belt.

Casa De Emdeko is een oceaan condo complex gelegen op Alii Drive op slechts 2 mijl van het centrum van Kona. Dit populaire complex beschikt over twee zwembaden, een strand met oceaanvoorkant en een gemeenschappelijk zijn inclusief gastronomische tafels en een overdekte cabana. Een zwembad ligt aan de oceaan en een tweede chloor zwembad ligt midden in de woning. Er is een prachtig gerestaureerde binnenplaats met een breed scala aan tropische planten, bomen, bloemen en waterkenmerken.

3 Nacht Minimum, 10 Nachten Tijdens Ironman en Kerstmis. Niet roken, Geen huisdieren Bezit. Belasting-ID Hawaii: # 157-699-9424-01. Hawaii County introduceerde onlangs een vakantieverordening in april 2019, de aanvraag van deze accommodatie werd geaccepteerd en het certificaat is in behandeling.

This condo was the perfect place to stay on the big island! We booked other more expensive accommodations for part of our stay, and regretted not just staying here the whole time! The condo itself is wonderful with great AC and hot water (which is hard to find other places on the island) and you get beautiful sunset views each evening from the deck. The pools and lounge areas are incredible and the community members are so kind. We truly had the best honeymoon here!

More than excellent

The service was more than excellent. I called a few times because I did not know something. One time someone came to my room because I was unable to slide open a lock (not necessary to use). Someone was at my place in about 15 minutes to fix the problem. The condo is immaculate and very large. I just want to let you k ow that there are a few intermittent steps to navigate. I was extremely tired and over 70 and this was a but difficult for me. This is the only issue that u experienced. Nothing major. Rhonda S

Uneven walking surfaces around main pool lead to potential issues. Because of property elevation lots of steps involved. The property is non ADA compliant which is stated but not explained are the issues surrounding that non-compliance. I would not recommend for anyone with walking issues.

Amazing property with perfect sunset view

We really appreciated our time in this condo! The grounds are perfect with two pools, bbq grills and more. The unit was clean and had everything we needed although I thought there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but there is just coin-operated laundromat on site. They allowed us a late check-out even. We would definitely stay there again!

Casa De Emdeko

The gardens, salt water pool, and the common area are what makes this place so special. The view of the ocean from our lanai was great. Location was good, close to everything. This is our second time staying at Casa De Emdeko, and not the last!

Nice property

The property and location are good and fairly centrally located. This place is super quiet at night which is so nice!! The ocean was quite rough which was disappointing and spectacular at the same time. It did however mean that the ocean pool was closed for 4 days during our stay. The ocean pool is beautiful and our choice over the main pool. The main pool is not as quiet and requires a little TLC to bring it up to par. The secure parking is a little on the limited side and we often had to park outside of the gate. There are several cars that appear to be parked here long term ( absent owners?) and that ties up some of the spots for the rest. All and all a great spot and we would certainly not hesitate to rent here again.

Awesome stay!

The condo was wonderful! Beautiful view, great location, very clean, and updated. The kitchen was well stocked and great that they had beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler available to use. The communication from the owners before and during our stay was great. Would definitely stay again.

Unit was great for the money. Have stayed in the complex before, which is nice location to everything. Unit was very clean, and had pretty decent ocean view. Common bbq grills are great amenity! Unit did not have beach chairs/cooler which would have been nice.

Great place to stay

My husband and I really enjoyed the location, right on the water. Great view from the lanai of the sunsets. Comfortable home on the third floor of the complex. There is one elevator available. Thanks for having things like beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels and ice chests available for guest to use. Nice comfortable bed! No sign of critters except the geckos outside. Everything works great inside. We loved the salt water pool and use of grills to use in the courtyard area. We'd highly recommend for 1-2 people.

Really Nice One Bedroom Apartment south of Kona Town

Great location in this small quiet property right on the water. The unit was super clean. Beautiful views from the Lanai and the bedroom. The people that live there year round were super friendly and welcoming. Two pools, one salt water. Very well cared for grounds. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Best Stay Ever!

We had such an amazing stay here! The pictures didn’t do justice. The sunsets were amazing, the community was so nice, and our favorite thing to do was swim in the saltwater infinity pool! The pool heated from the sun all day, so night swims were the best! We also loved using the bbq’s, and watching all the crabs from afar on the rocks, while swimming! There was a gentlemen who blew the conch way the same time for sunset every night, and there was a even a residential women who fed the eels bread from afar, by throwing the bread a distance into the tide pools! So much fun and such a great stay! We cannot wait to come back and stay there again!!!

Excellent stay at Casa de Emdeko #315

The condo had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Well-stocked kitchen, comfy bed, plenty of towels--all the comforts of home. The ocean/sunset view from our lanai was gorgeous. The grounds are very well maintained, and we loved the salt water pool. The locals are friendly and very welcoming, and the sunset conch blow was beautiful. We will be back!
