Amazing location above crashing waves and tidal pools. Clean and comfortable unit, easy parking, not far from a few popular beaches and eats in Kona (and top-notch poke bowl carry-out attached to lobby). Thank you Holly!

We LOVED this place - it was literally PERFECTION!!!! The balcony and view was AMAZING!! Loved sitting outside every morning and every night. The condo was SO clean and was decorated SO cute!! Had everything we needed and more. HIGHLY recommend this place!!!! Loved every minute of our stay!! Mahalo

My husband and I were so pleased with this property! It was a beautiful space, very clean, and looked just like the pictures. Holly was quick to help us with any questions we had and she was attentive to all the little things a guest might need. The best part of our stay was the amazing view and going to bed to the sound of the ocean waves. This Vrbo is a 10/10!!

Location and complex were great. Parking below the building was pefect. Parking was never an issue for space. Everything was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds and couch were comfortable. The host was always quick in responding to our questions and I absolutely would stay here again.

Amazing get-away

This apartment had the best location; close to swimming/snorkelimg and close enough to downtown/shops/restaurants. I have been to the island many times at this point and this apartment had the best furnishings and beds by far. The views from the lanai were amazing and we spent much time exploring the tide pools (even seeing multiple turtles). Will definitely stay here again!

The perfect location for exploring the whole island. We absolutely loved sleeping with the wi does open to hear the waves crashing all night long. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having 2 bathrooms and washer/ dryer.

Beautiful view and beautiful unit. We stayed here for two weeks and would 100% stay here again in a heartbeat. Holly was a wonderful host from the moment we booked until the moment we left. The unit had *everything* you could need and the was totally updated. The lanai is very large and very private and, like others noted, falling asleep to the waves crashing on the beach was amazing.

Thank you, This was our first time staying here at this unit and it is a beautiful unit, it is all it says it is. The location is just right still just a short distance to down town Kona but yet still nice a quiet. The unit was stocked completely with everything you need and more. It did not feel like other rental units we have rented in the past. Very clean and well maintained, saying everything worked in the unit. The AC was very adequate and kept the whole unit cool and with ceilings in every room was all you need. The lanai was very large and fantastic views of the ocean, everyday there were surfers enjoying the waves, over all I would totally recommend the place so well worth it, we are hoping to return very soon. Thank so much for the use of this wonderful property.

Beautiful location

Third visit to Kona Bali Kai and this condo was beautiful. You had absolutely everything you could want! The views and sunsets from the lanai in the reclining chairs were just the absolute best. Everything was as the listing showed and even better. Coffee, snacks, soaps... this was truly a perfect place. Would love to come back!

Perfect Piece of Paradise

The Kona Bali Kai condo is one of the nicest VRBOs I've ever stayed in. The condo is fully stocked with everything you may need. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. The location is amazing. You are right on the ocean. The sound of the waves crashing was beautiful. I would stay here again!!!
