Absolute oceaan bovenste verdieping appartement met GRATIS AC thru out!

3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers PLUS een queensize slaapbank - geschikt voor maximaal 8 personen.

Vanaf het moment dat je binnenkomt, zie en hoor je de oceaan. Volledig gerenoveerde keuken met granieten werkbladen en tegelvloer. Alle grote en kleine apparaten die nodig zijn voor een snelle maaltijd of een gastronomische maaltijd met behulp van onze fijne lokale producten. Dankzij de open plattegronden kan de chef genieten van het uitzicht op de oceaan terwijl hij kookt.

Eetgedeelte heeft ruimte voor een maaltijd binnen zitten; tafel heeft een blad om meer gasten toe te voegen indien nodig en opnieuw een fantastisch uitzicht op de oceaan.

Woonkamer is aan de oceaan met een nieuwe queensize slaapbank en een receptie aan de oceaan als u werk moet meenemen of als u gewoon zin hebt om op het net te surfen terwijl u naar de branding kijkt.

De mediaruimte is tweeledig ... het biedt een queensize bed van traagschuimkast dat opent voor supercomfortabel slapen aan de oceaan waardoor de golven je in slaap sussen .. er zijn shoji-deuren voor privacy en een ensuite betegelde badkamer met nieuwere wandeling in de douche. Er is ook een wasmachine en droger in deze badkamer. Tegenover de badkamer is een grote kast voor al uw behoeften.

Op de begane grond is een tweede slaapkamer suite met een kingsize bed met uitzicht op de bergen en bomen. Geniet van veel veel kast- en lades en een aangrenzend ligbad met douche boven bad.

Loop de trap op naar de derde meester van je boomhut, die je een kingsize bed en een complete badkamer biedt. Laat je verrassen door het uitzicht op de oceaan, boomtoppen en bergen. Deze slaapkamersuite is zo speciaal met veel opbergruimte, dubbele wastafels en een inloopdouche voor 2 personen.

De grote Lanai beschikt over grote tafel en stoelen .. 2 ligstoelen en het bekijken van dolfijnen en walvissen in het seizoen.

Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club: Gated condominiumgemeenschap van 16 hectare met indrukwekkend terrein en voorzieningen, waaronder een groot zwembad, 2 verlichte tennisbanen, barbecueroosters, grasvolleybal, tafeltennistafel, overdekte paviljoens en wandelpaden, waarvan u een beetje meeneemt strand kennen waar schildpadden graag komen.

Good experience overall

Beautiful views, comfortable accommodations. Had some trouble with sliding doors to deck and dishwasher. Also one toilet needed several flushes.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! Spacious unit with a great patio. The AC units work well to cool down the unit including the upper unit once they are on. Kids loved the pool and pickleball after dinner. Mahalo for a wonderful few days!

Nice unit but very hot, broken A/C

We roasted. The loft was 91, and with the exception of the front bedroom, we sweated continuously. They provided room ac for bedrooms, but the vaulted ceilings were beyond the capacity by far. Nice unit but otherwise. We bought a fan for the living room and a set of fry pans, because of warping.

Charming Oceanfront Condo

The location of this condo is perfect for going to Kona, the beaches, restaurants, airport and more. We loved our stay here. The place was exceptionally decorated and had everything we needed for a 9-night stay for six adults. The rooms were comfy and clean and having three full bathrooms was fantastic. The management was communicative and responsive - exceptional really. We felt welcomed and special upon arrival and our two milestone birthdays in our group were delightfully acknowledged with some thoughtful gifts upon our arrival. This was one of the BEST experiences that I have had with VRBO and I would recommend these folks to everybody. I honestly felt right at home in this charming place and I felt that management went out of their way to make us feel this way. After being awake for nearly 24 hours to get there, we could not have been more pleased. Thank you for an awesome time. I cannot wait to come back! Sincerely, Lori and crew.

Beautiful Oceanfront Stay

Had a wonderful week stay at this oceanfront property. Easy check-in and check-out with accommodations and furnishings even better than expected. Location is convenient to Kailua-Kona, restaurants, grocery, and local beach park for snorkeling. A lovely property with amenities on site, have stayed at multiple units at Kona Surf and Racquet Club and will most certainly return.

Wonderful stay at Kona Surf and Racquet Club

This condo is beautifully situated, can't beat its view. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay--plenty of kitchen items, towels, household items, games and beach gear (including tons of beach towels). Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. The beds were all comfortable, and it didn't bother us to have the TV room blocked off at night to create a 3rd bedroom; it worked beautifully. And we loved having a bathroom for each bedroom.---huge plus with adult kids. The upstairs loft room has a huge bathroom with 2 sinks and large walk-in shower which were very nice. Be aware that in the loft bedroom suite there is no door from the bedroom to the bathroom, but you still have a ton of privacy due to the room configuration. While it didn't bother us it's worth mentioning if you have a group that would need the extra privacy of a door in that suite. The complex is located close to a shopping center which is super convenient but a bit of a drive to Kona itself. If you like being away from the busy town, this place is ideal.The management was very responsive to questions and we had everything we needed. It does help to know there is no elevator for those with any mobility issues. All in all, it was an awesome stay, and we would come back!

Whales galore!

We loved out time at your condo. We felt like we had a huge screen tv to look at all of the time and spent a good amount of time with binocs looking for whales. One did a full breach not to far from shore. Spectacular!!!

Out of the tourist trap

Close enough to Kona to enjoy all the offerings but far enough out to be out of the crazy. We prefer the quiet side. Great spot to get to a canoe tour of Captain Cook and to night diving for manta rays. One note - we went out on the balcony to watch sunset and it’s hot out there, which no big deal, however when we closed the slider to keep the A/C in it locked behind us. Luckily another sunset viewing family was kind enough to come up and let us back in as we had no phones and where in our post beach attire. A core memory for the kids and something to laugh about but watch the door!

Grad Celebration 2023

We have rented this condo before, and when our daughter was offered a trip as a graduation present she asked to come back here, without hesitation. The added in-unit beach and water sport equipment made excursions effortless. Now that we know our way around, we recognize the convenience of location, proximity to grocery, pharmacy, snorkeling, even cinema for and rainy days. Our best family vacation to date!

Beautiful Place, Beautiful View

The condo was as beautiful as pictured. We so enjoyed sitting on deck and watching sunsets. Tastefully decorated and plenty of supplies - very welcoming and appreciated! The upstairs "loft" bedroom was amazing. Washer/Dryer was large and excellent. It is either a long walk or very short drive to snorkeling/swimming with great snorkeling opportunity there. As mentioned elsewhere the venting of the AC on deck is not ideal. However that is balanced by fact that the 5 AC units really did the job in cooling the house.

We had a great time. Location was perfect. The unit could have a few more kitchen utensils & silverware. Lots of plates. Carpet a little worn and a few glasses were put away unwashed. Bathroom showers were not as clean as I like (hair on shower walls. I cleaned showers and laundered the shower curtain). Otherwise great place.

Absolutely breath taking! Friendly neighbourhood and helpful staff!

Thank you so so much for an incredible time in Kona. We arrived a few hours earlier than check in and called the property and asked if we could check in a little earlier due to having our 3 year old overly tired and would so appreciate having a bed for her. They were able to get us in 2 hours earlier. We did have some issues with the door code but they were very helpful - stayed on the phone with us - after different codes/numerous attempts we got in. It was clean, spacious and the photos in the ad/reviews don't do it justice - the beach/view when you walk in and from the balcony is breath taking! Lovely little walk too if you wanted to do so. Do note it is up 3 flights of stairs and there's no elevators so consider that when packing as we arrived with 6 lugguages haha - luckily my husband and father knocked it fairly quickly and quickly enjoyed the view and comfort of the apartment after that job. I would definitely recommend for families - quick walk to the beach and a large supermarket and a short drive from many eateries. Thanks again :)

Such a great place!

This was truly a fabulous property. Excellent views, lots of space for our family of 6 adults. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is very well-appointed with everything you would need for cooking just about anything and all appliances were in good working order. The deck was comfortable and we spent a lot of time on it having meals watching the AMAZING sunsets. Check-in was easy and the complex is truly beautiful with lots of native plants and trees that are well taken care of. We had some really big surf while we were there but honestly, it didn't affect us at all. Being on the third floor and seemingly somewhat protected, our entire building was fine even though we were right on the water. It was more exciting and beautiful than anything else. The location of the complex is ideal. Just minutes from downtown Kona and the local harbor where many excursions begin and also right on the water. The little "turtle beach" was a treasure and we saw turtles there every day we went! We truly couldn't ask for more! We had no issues during our week so did not have to contact staff but everyone was very responsive to our questions prior to arriving so we were fully confident that we would be well-taken care of...and we were! There were even some nice little welcome gifts waiting for us when arrived and a sweet note congratulating our daughters on their graduations (which I had previously mentioned to them). All in all, this was a fantastic trip and I feel proud that I picked such a wonderful place!! Thank you for a providing such a great place for us to stay while we had our wonderful celebratory vacation!

Great property!

This property was in a great location, very clean and had lots of amenities. I would definitely stay again. I do want to clarify that it is on the third floor without an elevator. That is a non-issue for most people, but we were unaware, and it was a challenge for someone in our party.
