  • ABSOLUUT PRISTINE! 2 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers, 150 ft tot waterkant. Goed uitgeruste keuken, airconditioning, plafondventilatoren, draadloos internet, 55-inch flatscreen-tv in Liv Rm, tv's in beide slaapkamers, gasgrill, 2 veranda met uitzicht op de oceaan / het strand, goed gevulde linnenkasten, ruime overdekte parkeerplaats direct onder het apparaat, buitendouche, grote tuin, wasmachine / droger, ping pong, tafelvoetbal en dartbord !. Je zult niet teleurgesteld zijn!

    Uw eilandhuis bevindt zich op de bergzijde van de tweede verdieping van een triplexgebouw - Pu'uwai O 'Kahalu'u (in het hart van Kahalu'u) Er is een gemakkelijke toegang vanuit de garage naar uw unit. Alles is nieuw en ongerept, met airconditioning in de woonkamer en plafondventilatoren overal. Volledig ingerichte keuken en 1.100 vierkante voet plus 350 vierkante voet in overdekte veranda met uitzicht op de oceaan / strand. Geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen met 1 queensize bed in elke slaapkamer en een ligbed met 2 aparte matrassen in het gebied tussen de eet- en woonkamers. In slaap vallen met het geluid van de branding!

    Loop de straat over naar Kahalu'u Beach Park - de beste plek voor snorkelen en surfen op het eiland. De buurt heeft verschillende winkels voor het huren van boards en de buurman heeft een surfschool. Snorkeluitrusting te huur op het strand. Gelegen op minder dan 1,5 km afstand zijn winkels, restaurants, een bioscoop, supermarkt, drogist en Keauhou Dringende Zorg - hopelijk niet nodig. Minder dan 2 mijl naar Keauhou Bay Pier, de vertrekplaats voor verschillende activiteiten, waaronder zwemmen met de Manta Rays. Kona Country Club is op minder dan 1,5 km afstand heropend en Makalei Golf Club heeft een uitdagende baan met weids uitzicht op de oceaan, redelijke prijzen, en ligt op slechts 16 km afstand.

Prachtige locatie

Wij kwamen voor de ironman dus zaten graag dicht genoeg bij Kona maar toch rustig. Deze locatie was ideaal. Heel vlot tot aan het centrum en heel veel rust. Als we slechts de baan oversteken, zaten we aan een kleine baai waar we konden snorkelen met schildpadden en een rif. De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en alles os duidelijk uitgelegd. Wij hadden enkel problemen bij aankomst met het slot dat wij niet gewoon zijn.

It was clean and had everything we needed. It was great to be able to walk down to snorkeling. The staff were very responsive. We enjoyed hanging out on the lanai.

Location is amazing if you like snorkeling

The property is right next to a snorkeling beach and you can see the water from the lovely lanai patio.

Great location

Nice property super close to Kahal’u bay. The apt is perfectly situated to visit Kona and all the nice beaches close by. Also close to grocery shopping and other amenities. The lanai is perfect for spending time and there are some beach chairs for use.

Perfect Location

The property was in a perfect location. My family really enjoys Snorkeling at the beach that is walking distance from the property so we never had to worry about parking. The property itself was clean and spacious. I come to the Big Island yearly and I would stay here again.

Fantastic Accommodation!

Great open concept accommodation across the street from awesome snorkling. On direct (free) bus route to downtown Kona (10-15min) and 5 min to grocery store and restaurants. Fantastic deck from which to watch the sunset nightly. Place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable

This property was lovely. The unit is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only issue was the bumpy driveway and tight parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious living and prime location

Had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect being next to Kahalu’u Beach Park. We were able to walk down to the water for some relaxation or sunsets almost every day. Most of our scheduled activities were within 2-15 minutes of the spot (snorkeling, surfing, market). We loved how quiet the spot was while still being close to everything. Even with a family of 5, we felt things were spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Great condo!

The condo was wonderful. Much nicer than we expected, and we thought it looked great in the photos. The small AC unit in the living room kept the condo cool on the 90 degree days. We really enjoyed our stay and Kona Coast was super communicative before and during our stay. Loved it!

Steps to the beach

I swam with sea turtles. What else do you want me to say? Oh, I drove 2 hours and witnessed the start of the 1/15 Kilauea eruption. Amazing.

Great stay

We enjoyed our short stay. The condo was clean and organized. Plenty of space for my family of six. The thing we loved the most was the location, proximity to such a great beach was so fun. The only downside was the internet. We could never get it to work, even after following their instructions.

Perfect location and property!

Being within walking distance of the best snorkeling beach on the island was incredible and we took advantage of every opportunity! Booked a surf class that was within walking distance, too. Communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful. We've stayed in a lot of rentals and this, by far, had every supply we needed and more! Having AC in the main living areas and fans in the bedrooms cooled things off nicely. Washer/dryer is a big plus for families. Hope to be back again soon!

Superb location!!!

My family stayed here in April 2023 and had a wonderful time. The location is amazing! It's a short walk across Ali'i Drive to Kahalu'u Beach Park (public beach with great, easy snorkeling - also lifeguards, restrooms and showers), and convenient for other activities in the Kona-Kailua area. It's also a quick 5 minute drive to Keauhou Shopping Center (grocery store and a variety of restaurants). The unit is very nice, with comfortable beds, an A/C unit, roomy lanai with views of the beach, ping pong table, and a well-stocked kitchen. The management company even brought by a drying rack for us, when we asked. A wonderful experience!

Wonderful

We loved staying here. We were on the mountain side but still were able to have an ocean view from the front deck area as well as the back. It was a wonderful spot to return to after a long day out. The fans and AC kept it cool enough. It was central to all our needs and walking across the street to snorkel and surf was a bonus . There is a bbq on the deck that we used nightly for dinner.we got our daily walks in right on the road up to the local coffee shops. It was so nice to return to a place so convenient but not crowded. We will stay here again and again- property manager gets 10/10 for responsiveness and kindness. Met all my cleaning standards as well. For those wondering about beach items there were towels, chairs, snorkeling items and water shoes. That being said they don’t supply those items but were left by other guests.def a must stay!
