ABSOLUUT PRISTINE! 1 slaapkamer met Den / 2 badkamer. Goed uitgeruste keuken, plafondventilatoren, draadloos internet, 55-inch flatscreen-tv in Liv Rm, tv's in zowel de slaapkamer als de woonkamer, gasgrill, 2 veranda met uitzicht op de oceaan / het strand, goed gevulde linnenkasten, ruime overdekte parkeerplaats direct onder het apparaat, buitendouche, grote tuin, wasmachine / droger, ping pong, tafelvoetbal en dartbord !. Je zult niet teleurgesteld zijn!

Uw eilandhuis bevindt zich op het penthouse / de bovenste verdieping van een triplexgebouw - Pu'uwai O 'Kahalu'u (in het hart van Kahalu'u) Er is een gemakkelijke toegang vanuit de garage naar uw unit. Alles is nieuw en ongerept, overal plafondventilatoren. Volledig ingerichte keuken en 1.100 vierkante voet plus 350 vierkante voet in overdekte veranda met uitzicht op de oceaan / strand. Geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen met kingsize bedden en een ligbed met 2 aparte matrassen in de woonkamer In slaap vallen met het geluid van de branding!

Loop de straat over naar Kahalu'u Beach Park - de beste plek voor snorkelen en surfen op het eiland. De buurt heeft verschillende winkels voor het huren van boards en de buurman heeft een surfschool. Snorkeluitrusting te huur op het strand. Gelegen op minder dan 1,5 km afstand zijn winkels, restaurants, een bioscoop, supermarkt, drogist en Keauhou Dringende Zorg - hopelijk niet nodig. Minder dan 2 mijl naar Keauhou Bay Pier, de vertrekplaats voor verschillende activiteiten, waaronder zwemmen met de Manta Rays. Kona Country Club is op minder dan 1,5 km afstand heropend en Makalei Golf Club heeft een uitdagende baan met weids uitzicht op de oceaan, redelijke prijzen, en ligt op slechts 16 km afstand.

Great location, with a beautiful view. My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The lanai was perfect, we sat out there every night we could to watch the sunset. One of the a/c’s stopped working while we were there, I contacted the host and the a/c was replaced by the next morning. We were impressed by the quick response and how they handled the situation. The location is just far enough away from downtown Kona that you don’t get the road noise and heavy traffic, but still convenient to shops and other activities. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and the pictures don't do the property justice!

My wife and I visited the Big Island as part of our 30th wedding anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed our home for our stay on the Big Island. This location offered everything we needed and was conveniently located to both grocery stores and restaurants. If we ever make it back to the area, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Beautiful home in a great location

This property is probably one of the most loved by my family. It is spacious, clean and well updated. Best snorkeling in Hawaii right across the street. Out favoutrite was the lanai..we lived watching sunsets from here, eating together and just spending time playing games in the afternoons. Overall a great stay! Will definitely come back!

Super view and very comfortable

This property had everything you could need in a Hawaiian vacation home. Beds were super comfortable, the deck (lanai) was spectacular. The breeze and fans in every room made it so comfortable, we never needed to use the air conditioning.

Fantastic Penthouse - Fantastic location

The penthouse is the entire top floor, with an elevator, and outdoor shower for rinsing snorkel-scuba gear. Early morning views and sunset views of Kahaluu Beach from the very large lanai were the best. Penthouse has everything. Definitely will stay here again.

This penthouse is exactly what we had envisioned after reading the reviews from other renters. We enjoyed everything about this place, location, sunset view from the Lanai, amenities, size of the rooms, bathrooms, etc. Rental office staff was very courteous and responsive! Thank you so much! Kahalu'u Bay Penthouse

We just got home from our 21 day adventure on the Big Island. The Penthouse is fantastic, so well stocked, and centrally located. The Kona Vacations team is very responsive and David their concierge has world class offerings. The condo is everything it says and more. You will not be disappointed with the penthouse!

Seaside retreat

My wife and I enjoyed this unit so much. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed to cook. The location can’t be beat as you have a gorgeous view of the ocean and can watch the surfers all day. The deck facing the ocean is large and it’s a 2 minute walk across the way to sit at the beach or snorkel. We recommend this unit as an excellent location. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Location of rental is in an ideal spot. It's away from the main hub (Kailua-Kona) but still easily accessible for an evening out to explore/experience the many fine dining options around. And you can't forget that it's right across from Kahalu'u Beach, a popular spot for learning to surf and snorkel (observed it was popular with the families). Favorite part of the penthouse was the lanai; we enjoyed having such a spacious area for card playing, dinner and watching the sunset after a full day of exploration of the Big Island. -Mahalo

Best experience!!

Kona Coast is the best management company I’ve ever worked with. They were amazing and saw to every detail. Especially Elena who was so kind and helpful. The views from the penthouse lanai are incredible. And the snorkeling at that part of the island is second to none. It was an amazing week. Mahalo!!

Beautiful View & Quick access to beach/snorkel and surfing school

Spacious and well equipped this location was great. There are a few things that needed some repairs and they promptly replaced a broken washing machine. We were contacted the day after we arrive to make sure everything was OK and it wasn’t until day three that we realize some of the things that were needing a little TLC, such as one nonworking ceiling fan out of 8 others that were working. Internet, beach towels, and TVs were available along with a few puzzles. BBQ worked well. There’s even a small elevator to help you get to the penthouse!
