  • Short distance away from Magic sands beach but without road noise! (less than 100 yards from the beach) Enjoy watching body surfing, boogie boarding, and beach activities while drinking a beverage on your lanai. Enjoy amazing sunsets and the crash of ocean waves while relaxing on your lanai. Bright and clean unit on the 3rd floor right outside the elevator. The view from the lanai is of the beach, pool and bar-b-q area.

    Property is very comfortable and well decorated, giving you that true Hawaiian feel. With 2 bedrooms and two baths, you will have plenty of room for your family and friends. Guest bedroom has twins that we can convert to a king (just let us know your preference).

    White Sands Village offers a heated saltwater pool, elevator, and BBQ area. In-condo wifi, cable TV, central air. White Sands Village is a Non-Smoking Property. That means no smoking of anything, in any way, anywhere, at any time, at any place within the property boundaries of White Sands Village. This includes not only cigarettes but any smoking material, as well as vaping, e-cigarettes, etc.

Outstanding location across the street from Magic Sands beach. Wonderful supply of beach gear. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed condo with a well supplied kitchen and bath. Decent views of the beach and the mountains from the lanai. If I ever come back to Kona, I'll stay here -- and tell my friends to do the same.

We had a great stay at this condo! Perfect location for us with two teenagers as they were able to come and go to the beach and the pool without needing to be transported. Being right across the street from the beach also meant we did not have to pack lunches and all the β€œstuff”. We could enjoy the water and just walk back as needed. Beautiful location and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the water and the sunsets.

This was a perfect location for my family. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was surprisingly quiet and the pool and other amenities were accessible despite the large complex. We highly recommend this place.

Clean, easy check-in, plenty of room, pool was great. Had everything we could need! Best view of the sunset from the lanai. Management checked in several times through text and responded quickly if we needed something. Magic Sands Beach is just across the road, and it was just a short drive anywhere else in Kona we wanted to go! Would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous Place

This was our third and final location while visiting the Big Island. It was by far our favorite. Everything was perfect. The location, the view, the place was clean and comfortable for our family of four. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay there longer. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and apartment

Very easy access to Magic Sands Beach (right across the street), quiet area, but only a 10 minute drive to downtown Kona where there are lots of restaurants/shopping. Perfect size apartment for 3 people. Very well stocked with cooking essentials, beach stuff and toiletries. All in all a great place to stay!
