'This was our fourth stay at the W Hotel. The location and accommodations are absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and housekeeping is excellent — fresh towels twice a day, which is perfect. However, the level of service no longer feels five-star, as it did during our first two visits. Breakfast was chaotic, and there was a lack of visible or approachable supervisors. 'A paradise in Kalamata with beautiful pool and beach access. Food, service all amazing. Provide water and Nespresso capsules. The only problem is the gym which is underground and mould affected , causing net to cough for days . Just avoid the gym. Otherwise all perfect and so coming back!!'
