'Sheets were dirty upon arrival for the sofa bed and the sheets on the main bed were filthy (including crumbs and hair) and stained. Very obviously not washed. My kids slept with the two (family of 4) bath towels that were in the unit. The host asked that the comforter be put in the washing machine - but the sheets for the sofa bed were in there already and dirty, probably because there was no detergent provided. I reached out to the host about our issues/concerns and have yet to hear a response.'

'Our family of 5 (two adults, three teens) absolutely loved our penthouse stay! We were in town for our nephew’s tennis tournament, and wanted a better experience than a hotel room. We never even turned on the tv, we just enjoyed talking, reading, and relaxing! We enjoyed a gigantic pizza from Benny’s, a steak...

'One word to describe ANY property by LiveSuites. Perfection!'

'The property was perfect for a group of us traveling for a concert in Grand Rapids. It’s spacious and the beds are super comfortable and easy to get to. We only used the house to sleep in but if we had to cook, it seemed to have everything we’d need. There was a little hiccup getting a hold of someone and into the property as their system was glitching but they eventually worked it out. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Lovely stay while in town for work- nice area and near to restaurants and stores. Convenient to get on highway. Nice neighborhood to walk in. Comfortable, clean, nice decor and good communication with the host. Will book again. '
