We verwelkomen u graag bij ons thuis, dat is een goed uitgeruste met volledig geleide airconditioning en heeft veel ruimte binnen en buiten! Comfortabel onderbrengen van 8 mensen is er het enorme dek allemaal onder het hoofddak waar zonsopgang tot zonsondergang kan worden genoten. De glinsterende oceaan verblindt terwijl je je maaltijden klaarmaakt in de keuken of je barbecue kookt. Het dek is geschikt voor bescherming het hele jaar door, ongeacht het weer en biedt uitzicht op een prachtig gazon, perfect voor het spelletje Bocce. Het huis biedt ook een fitnessruimte, zodat u uw conditie kunt op peil houden tussen de downtime van het betoveren door het panoramische uitzicht .... Walvissen inbegrepen! Het huis is goed ingericht en de keuken is goed uitgerust voor uw thuis weg van huis voelen. Er zijn zelfs enkele familiechooks ter plaatse om de keukenresten te voeren en uw eieren te verzamelen voor uw ontbijt. Ontsnap naar het platteland in stijl !!
Gelegen met uitzicht op de gemeente Kalbarri en op slechts 5 minuten rijden naar de stad of fietsen en stoppen en een kopje koffie en muffin op Jacques Beach op weg langs of met een fles water en een appel in je zak hoofd voor een wandeling rond Mushroom Rock of Pot Alley Gorge en strand. Alles vanuit je voordeur zonder de drukte en bedrijvigheid van het zijn in de stad. Eindeloze activiteiten om je dagen te vullen en dan ontspannen terug naar de zonsondergang vanaf het dek en een praatje maken over wat morgen kan brengen !!!

Didn’t Want to Leave

We stopped in Kalbarri as a bit of a weekend rest stop on our way back from Exmouth. This house was absolutely perfect for that, as it has the most amazing view and peaceful location that we didn’t want to leave and had to force ourselves to get out to do a bit of exploring while we were there. Table tennis and a wide selection of board games were a hit with both kids and adults too. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with when we had questions too. Would definitely stay here again!

1. No instantaneous hot water - we were a group of 8 (2 families) and struggled to get some decent showers 2. Linen - we ended up with skin issues from x2 bedrooms - not sure if the linen actually gets replaced after every visit, as we were expected to launder our linen that had a few drops of blood from a toddler’s nose bleed on the last night of our stay. 3. Dishes - there is a penalty for leaving your cleaned dishes in the dishwasher. Most places allow this, not sure why they have this rule. On arrival, we found some dishes dirty/grimy. Understandably, people may only rinse and dry quickly in a rush to check out in time - else there’s a surcharge for late check out as well

Fabulous stay!

There were 4 adults and 4 children aged 9-10years in our party and the property was absolutely perfect in every way. From the initial communication with Wendy to the checkout process, everything was seamless. The property location was perfect for us and the view and property itself were fabulous. The house is large and very well equipped. The children were completely entertained with the dart board, table tennis table and visits from kangaroos and emus. With easy access to town and all of the sights Kalbarri has to offer, I really can’t fault our stay. Thank you so much Wendy for trusting us with your home.

Beautiful large holiday house.

Very large property perhaps more suited to large family groups, but it also accommodated our group needing 3 double bedrooms. Very well equiped. Fabulous views and a quiet neighbourhood. Problems with plumbing were solved by the caretaker, Kerryn who also spent time showing us her rescued joeys and allowing us to feed the growing ones. A little soulless because of its size, but still a delightful property.

We all had such a great time and enjoyed our stay in this magnificent property, very spacious and clean and exactly how pictured and just perfect for two families. The view from the deck was absolutely amazing and the ping pong table and dart board and bocce were a bonus.

Wonderful Kalbarri stay

We loved our 5-day stay in Kalbarri. The house suited our group of 7 friends well. It was clean, spacious & comfortable, with a great location. A few extra things would have made it more welcoming — including enough dining chairs (there were 6 in a house that slept 8), enough cutlery so that there were adequate knives for dinner even if we’d used a couple while preparing food. Direct communication with the owner was prompt & straight forward. However the instructions provided in the Stayz app were not fully comprehensive or welcoming - one day that showed as available on the booking calendar was not actually available; it was not mentioned that we’d only receive the access code the night before our arrival; there were fines specified for not complying with house rules. Overall we loved the house, but thought the instructions could sound more friendly & welcoming.

Amazing Kalbarri experience

Can't really fault this accommodation. The backyard is spacious and well kept, the bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable, plenty of storage, good amenities provided, kids play nook, kitchen well stocked, great range of appliances, table tennis and darts available, great for our family stay. The house is approx 8 mins drive out of town, close to Red Bluff beach area, amazing views across the coast. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay for a family

Spacious home suitable for families. Stayed here with three adults and one teenager. Games, table tennis, bocce are all provided. House is a few kms out of town and initially I was a bit disappointed about this but actually it was great. Beautiful views that you wouldn’t get in town, the drive was short into town, there isn’t much to do in town anyway, it is close to many walks, and we enjoyed getting to know some of the emu families and kangaroos that would wander around the area each morning and evening. I would now prefer this location to being in the centre of town. The home was clean and Wendy the manager was very responsive, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend.

From the moment of booking this Property everything flowed without any hiccups. Wendy the Property Owner was very efficient and friendly and made us feel welcome.
