'The owner was responsive to all communications. The house is rather unique, built on a hill so the floors are spaced well and create nice areas for dining and entertainment. I really loved the property! A huge deck with chairs and benches to hangout on. A large fire pit in the yard, a really nice charcoal grill.I’ve been going on trips to Land Between the Lakes for over 40 years and this is my first time at this property. Very well done!'

'We love the Kentucky Lake area and this was the best location between Murray, Grand Rivers, and LBL. This home is a new build and has all the updated features. The guys loved the pool table upstairs. We might have used the bedroom upstairs if there was a half bath or full bath upstairs. We enjoyed the sunset over the lake. We did not get to use the pool as advertised. Looked like a new pool is being put in, so maybe in the future we can do that. Overall, a very lovely home, had the basic kitchen...
