The Space:

Step into Roaming Red Rock and feel right at home. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 6 comfortably. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch and chairs, an electric fireplace, and smart TV. Large window offer unobstructed panoramic views of the surrounding red rock vistas and Kanab's iconic K-Hill. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up your favorite meals and the laundry room features full capacity machines (laundry soap provided).



The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, private patio access, and a large ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk in shower and double sink vanity.



Bedrooms 2 and 3 are each furnished with 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan and a dresser. Bedroom 3 also has a smart TV.



This house also has a garage that is available for guest use, as well as full RV hookups on the south side of the house (extra fee required if you are in need of the RV hookups)



Step out to the back patio where you will be met with unobstructed views of incredible red rock vistas, a full fenced backyard for your furry four-legged family members, a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture, and a propane firepit. This home sits on over 2 acres and is located in a quiet neighborhood nestled at the foot of the canyon. Sit outside and watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee, or admire the painted skies a Southern Utah sunset provides. Gather 'round the firepit and tell stories under the dark skies of Kanab while you stargaze to your heart's content!



Whether you are staying with us to visit Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, the Grand Canyon north rim, hike one fo the many slot canyons in our area or take a UTV tour across the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, you'll love to retire to Roaming Red Rock at the end of your day. It's the ideal basecamp for exploring Southern Utah!



Guest Access:

Guests will have complete access of the house and yard. An entry code will be sent prior to check in.



The Neighborhood:

Roaming Red Rock is located in the peaceful Cedar Heights subdivision, near the red rock cliffs and minutes from downtown Kanab.



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.

This home is pet friendly, but dogs must be kept in a crate if left unattended in the home.
