The Space:

Located at the mouth of a red rock canyon, with towering red rock hills right in the backyard, Sego Lily Sunrise will take your breath away from the moment you arrive. Situated in one of Kanab's most beautiful subdivisions, Cedar Heights, this property is on over 2 acres, and has unobstructed 360 degree views. Step into this updated, cozy, cabin and get ready to gather, connect, explore, and unwind.



The main level features a large family room with a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and sliding doors out to the spacious deck that has room for everyone. This floor also features a fully appointed kitchen that has everything you need to whip up your favorite meals. There is a half bath on this floor for your convenience and a master suite featuring a king sized bed, private bath, and private deck.



Head downstairs to find a second family room with comfortable couches and a TV, a great space to relax or for kids to enjoy a movie night while the adults gather upstairs. This level offers a laundry room with full capacity machines and another master suite featuring a king sized bed, sofa bed, dresser, and a beautiful, spa-like private bathroom.



From the main level, head upstairs to find two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 1 features a comfortable king sized bed and a private deck. Bedroom 2 offers a queen sized bed and a private deck.

This property offers stunning views of the surrounding red rock plateaus, ample lawn space for kids and dogs to run, a large deck for outdoor dining and gathering, a private hot tub to soak after a day of hiking and exploring, and expansive, dark starry skies. Located just 20 minutes from the Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, 45 minutes from Zion National Park, 90 minutes from Bryce Canyon, 1 hour from Horseshoe Bend, and surrounded by numerous slot canyons, hiking and ATV trails. Please Note: Guests may park in the driveway or on the street, the garage is NOT for guest use or access.

This dog-centric property allows canine companions for an additional $200 non-refundable pet fee, but cats and other animals are not permitted.

The Neighborhood:

Sego Lily Sunrise is located in the peaceful Cedar Heights subdivision, near red rock cliffs and minutes from downtown Kanab.



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, and the north rim of the Grand Canyon.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
