'Staff was very nice and helpful'

'100/10 (that’s no typo). Misty was amazing! She settled us into our rooms quickly, called to make sure that it met expectations, and when we got up early the next day she was the one serving a hot and tasty breakfast. We. Will. Be. Back!!! I never get to say that about my hotel stays !!'

'It’s fine for what it was, a room to catch some sleep before continuing our trip at a great price. The ro was clean and the staff both evening and morning were friendly. Outward facing rooms are loud and this was increased due to the road construction going on nearby. No coffee maker in the room was a disappointment but breakfast included downstairs in an under $75 price was a positive. 'Got in super late just to find out it’s also a super 8 on half of the property. Got cat called by the men who live there and was super uncomfortable checking in as it seemed like they were doing dr*gs as well in the parking lot. Shady area for sure. Would NOT book again '

'Room and hallway smelled really bad . Room wasn't the cleanest but doable for one night stay. The entrance to the property wasn't the best! It took a month to get my deposit back! '

'Our room had a few places where the drywall was needing attention. It was a very roomy stay for just an overnight. It would have been nice if the pool had been enclosed and open to use. Other than that the breakfast was the usual type of offerings given at hotels that offer breakfast. The hours the breakfast was open seemed a bit constraining at only 2 hours.'

'There were bed bugs in our room on 2nd floor as well as the rooms our team were in on the 8th floor. It took us hours to find other rooms for the team we had taken to Charleston to compete the next day. We will not book there again and will not recommend this property. '

'I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list. Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out). I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door. Neighbourhood is sketchy. Room was clean, i have to say. '

'The staff was very friendly. I forgot an item that I left in my room. The staff member that answered the phone gladly went to the room (the top floor) and recovered it for me so I could pick it up when returning home. '

'The breakfast menu was not very good; the eggs were watery, and there was no fruit option. But the worst part was the pillows — they were flat and hard, as if they had been used a thousand times and had no fluff left, like a flattened cake.'
