'Great value for money. 3 rooms on 2nd floor and 1st floor is common area with toliet, shower, kitchen, refrigerator. Traditional Japanese style room. Room is simple with matress, small ground table, A/C. Not much soundproof. No elevator & need to use stiff stairs. Host seems living in 1st floor. Use key to open/close room. Place is located on the side of small car road, not inside. Search '清舎' on google map.'

'フロントの方は丁寧で親切で、好印象です。 近くに駅やショッピングモール、飲食店があるので、食事や買い物には困りませんでした。 部屋はごく普通ですが、ユニットバス、ウォッシュレット無しなので、それが我慢できる人はOKかな。'

'Een top lokatie om met een gezin Kyoto en omgeving te verkenen. Niet in de toeristische drukte maar wel luxe en dichtbij de metro en trein.'

'Schoon appartement op een top locatie. '

'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'Clean room good area and helpful staff'

'My family and I really liked staying here. It’s a short walk from the station and right across a convenience store. We weren’t sure how to get back in the hotel to retrieve our bags after we’ve checked out but the same hotel across the street had a front desk person and assisted us. Highly recommend to stay in this area if you want to stay somewhere quieter than namba.'

'Perfect for the 1 night we stayed after a whole day of travelling. Very close to Osaka Kansai airport & easy access to property from there. Room was lovely & clean. Bed was super comfy & great shower! Stairs were steep to get suitcase up but managed. Close to a lovely beach - Marble beach - for a morning walk.'
