The Space

Our two-bedroom, one-bathroom one-story home comfortably sleeps up to six guests with two queen-size beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa you can set up in the spacious living room. With two dedicated workspaces in each bedroom and free speedy WiFi, you’ll be able to work remotely, write your next novel, or finish that business plan you’ve been putting off. If you’re here to relax, take your book and a refreshing beverage out to your yard while your kids run around and play tag in the grass. The sparkling clean bathrooms with shampoo & fresh towels provided are a great place for you to either get ready for the game or unwind after a long day with a hot bath.

From placing tasteful art pieces on the wall to having board games for you and your family to play, we hope you feel as if you were hanging out in your own living room, only in another city or state! Snuggle up on the couch and catch up on your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV with complimentary Netflix. More of a movie in bed kind of person? We have TVs set up in both bedrooms for you to turn on your favorite film and fall fast asleep.

Need to cook up some wings before the game? We have a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, electric stove, fridge, and dishwasher for all the foodies who love to cook. We also got you covered with all the cooking utensils and basic seasonings (and some a little more than basic) you’ll need to whip up something delicious. Don’t worry about where you’ll get your caffeine fix on the first morning of your stay either because complimentary coffee and tea are stocked in the cabinets, along with a coffee maker and a teapot.

Clean towels and linens are provided at the beginning of your stay, and there is an in-suite washer and dryer to use at your leisure. We even have detergent for you to use. There is an indoor garage for you to park your car too. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we have the house professionally cleaned between each and every guest. We ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly sanitized and that all linens and towels are washed & bleached between each reservation.

Guest access

There is a keyless entry to the home. A code will be provided to you after you book with us. You have full and total access to our home during your stay, including the indoor car garage. Enjoy!

Here are our pet rules:
- All pets traveling with you must be disclosed, and we will screen for it
- We specifically only allow up to 2 dogs per stay, with a max weight of 65lbs
- The fee is $25 per pet, per stay
- This will be added upon your trip confirmation

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. We have an exterior camera in front of the house. Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews will be manually reviewed and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation is confirmed.
