I stayed at the property for 12 nights first 2 weeks of June 2026. I was very happy with my overall stay. I was pleasantly surprised how stocked the unit was, from extra batteries for remote, laundry pods, garbage bags, plastic sandwich bags, beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Coconut Marketplace is across the street. The beach is a very short walk and the sunrise is unbelievable. Lava lava beach club is a 5 minute walk as well. Absolutely recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Everything was very nice. Clean and convenient location. The pool was the perfect temperture. The only downside is the traffic sound as we were on the street side of the condo building. We were still able to get a good night sleep in the comfortable beds.

Great location near shopping, restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Shower pressure was terrible and very short shower wall the water would run onto the bathroom floor.

Great location with a market and restaurants right in the complex, yet an easy walk to the beach. Multiple small pools on the property. Laundry facility in every building with an easy to use app. Safe. Good communication with management. Thank you!

Finally back at home

After being gone for 4 years it was so nice to finally come back home & bring our kids to visit their brother. The room was as described in the post. I appreciated the beach stuff, sun screen, & laundry pods left at the room for us to use. Love that check in was so convenient. I enjoyed not having to check in at the desk, especially since we get in until 10:30 PM. The room was nice & clean. We will definitely be back again!

Great Spot!

This place was centrally located on the island which makes a huge… difference! It never took overly long to get to any location no matter what direction we wanted to travel. I also loved that it was a short walk away from the ocean and that it had a pool and hot tub that you could use. You can hear traffic a little bit from inside the apartment but it wasn’t a problem even for the country girl that I am.

The location is good, the place was clean & the ac was great to have but if you’re a light sleeper or in our case we stayed with our baby the traffic noise is loud. It definitely is one of the more affordable places on the island though so that’s a plus & garden island properties was great to communicate with.

Good location to visit the island

2 week stay with my adult daughter, the unit was well appointed with 2 double beds and a split bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with a basic pantry. We did appreciate the AC and the cable tv. The beds were comfy but the pillows were a bit lumpy. Some basic beach items would have been appreciated, we ended up buying a chair and snorkel (which we left behind) as well as a couple of insulated bags. We have stayed I’m in Poipu and Princeville before and found that Kapa’a’s central location made visiting the island easy.

The beds were very comfortable along with a pull out bed on the couch. The Kitchen had everything you needed to cook something quick and had all the dishes needed for families. It was a very short 2-3 minute walk to the local marketplace along with souvenir shops. The front desk was very helpful if you had any questions. Short drive or walk to the nearest beach access, or other shopping centers.
