Vanaf het moment dat je Cliffs 6302 binnenkomt en het adembenemende uitzicht op de oceaan ziet, voel je de stress wegsmelten. Ontspan op de oceaan Lanai of de zeer prive Lanai uit de slaapkamer. Bekijk de migrerende walvissen (nov tot april) en geniet van de capriolen het hele jaar door van hanen, Nene (Hawaiiaanse ganzen), albatrossen, kardinalen en andere vogels op de groene gordel onder het appartement.

Dit stijlvol ingerichte appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers heeft een bijgewerkte keuken en een groot bad, frisse verf, nieuwe plafondventilatoren, 3 flatscreen-tv's en Blu-Ray dvd-spelers, combinatie-cd-speler, AM- en FM-bandradio en Bluetooth, verrekijker, entertainmentcentrum en luxe Tommy Bahama beddengoed. Wasmachine / droger, Smart TV's maken het gebruik van uw streaming-abonnementen (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) mogelijk Gratis WiFi en een telefoon naar het vasteland zijn ook aanwezig.

De volledige keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en gas grills zijn stappen van het appartement. Ga diepzeevissen en grill je vangst voor het diner. Er zijn ook 2 goed gevulde supermarkten in Princeville en Hanalei.

Master slaapkamer met eigen inloopdouche heeft een mooie, zeer prive, Lanai omringd door tropische bomen bewoond door vogels die je elke ochtend serenade. Er is een tweede bad in de woonkamer en twee queensize bedden op de zolder boven. Een nieuwe slaapbank in de woonkamer biedt nog een slaapmogelijkheid. Zeer comfortabel voor 4-6 gasten.

Alle gemakken van thuis met alle voorzieningen van een eersteklas resort: zwembaden, bubbelbaden, een praktijk putting green, tennis- en volleybalvelden en een speeltuin voor de kleine jongen. The Cliffs heeft een van de beste activiteiten directeur / conciërge die kan helpen met elke behoefte.

U hoeft het resort nooit te verlaten (behalve eten!), maar er zijn geweldige winkels en restaurants om te verkennen in zowel Princeville Center als Hanalei. Ga een beetje verder naar Kiluea of stranden aan de noord / oostkust. We bieden alles wat u nodig heeft voor een geweldige dag in de nabijgelegen baai van Hanalei, het strand van Annini of andere stranden op korte rijafstand: parasol, zandstoelen, boogieplanken, matten, handdoeken, koelers, snorkelmaskers en ander speelgoed. Is golf jouw spel? De prachtige Makai-cursus ligt op 5 minuten afstand.

Houd er rekening mee dat dit een eenheid op de 3e verdieping is zonder lift en geen airconditioning. Drie plafondventilatoren binnen, twee buitenventilatoren op de veranda, vloerventilatoren, evenals passaatwinden, verkoelen onze hale.

Perfect

We loved this condo at The Cliffs for our stay on the north shore! Great location for spending time in Princeville and Hanalei. We had plenty of space for two adults and our two kids (16 and 11). The condo is two short outdoor flights up with no elevator, but not difficult at all. The location in The Cliffs resort is the best in my opinion and we had an amazing view of the ocean. We rarely saw any other guests near our building and i love that it was on the top floor at the end of the building, so no one was staying above us or on one side. Very quiet (except the roosters in the early morning...use the provided fans for white noise!)! We appreciated all the helpful information and recommendations provided by the hosts ahead of our stay. We also were so happy to have access to beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and coolers for the beach (located in closet of primary bedroom). So helpful! And, although I was skeptical that the tradewinds would provide enough of a breeze to make no A/C a non-issue, it actually was incredibly comfortable at all times! Loved having a breeze blowing through the condo! We not only enjoyed this condo, we also enjoyed the AMAZING pool area, basketball courts, shuffleboard and pickleball! I would highly recommend and would stay again with no hesitation if we come back!

We had a great time at this condo in Princeville. The location was amazing - with great views of the ocean and lots of benches/chairs in the back to watch sunrise and sunsets. It never felt too hot with the glass doors open and fans running. We would definitely want to come back to this condo!

Couldn’t have been better!

This was our first trip to Kauai, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! We have stayed in many short term rentals and this was our favorite for so many reasons. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved hearing the waves crash below the cliff. It is centrally located in beautiful Princeville, which is close to great restaurants, Hanalei, and beautiful beaches. The grounds are amazing, with so much greenery. We used the pools and hot tubs everyday and really enjoyed them. The hale has everything we would ever need for our trip, including kitchenware, beach supplies, and even a first aid kit. We were thrilled to find a pineapple slicer as well! The bed and pillows were comfy as well as all the furniture. It also was relaxing to go out and sit on the chairs to watch the sunset, and there were picnic tables and grills available. We really enjoyed our trip, and would definitely stay here if we return to this amazing island.

Perfect Stay on the North Shore

The unit is exactly as described. Well maintained and very clean given the challenges that the tropics/proximity to the ocean create for keeping a clean/functioning place! The owner was fantastic and communicated quickly and frequently when needed. The property is great with tons of offerings, including a lovely set of pools and hot tubs. You won’t regret staying here!

Great Property & Location

We loved the location of this property, both on the island and the beautiful grounds. The views from the balcony and the kitchen are amazing, and the grounds have a lot of places where you can sit and watch the coast.There is easy walking to Turtle Cove, Sea Lodge Beach, Hideaway Beach, and shorter drives to all the great beaches up north.The pools were great for our kids and the additional amenities were nice. We didn't end up using the food trucks but that was a nice option.The room itself had enough space for our family and gave us places to be together and also separate. I especially like the balcony off the master suite. We will definitely look at this property again the next time we visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Cliffs. The ocean view from the lanai is spectacular rain or shine!! The condo is welcoming, kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the location is close to many great restaurants. The pool and hot tubs are lovely!!! This is a very nice condo with a lovely view of the north shore. Everything was in good condition and kitchen was well supplied with cooking supplies. Roger ( owner) sent several messages before we arrived to pass along tips for things to do in the area, restaurant suggestions, etc. He even sent a photo of what supplies had been left behind by other guests to give us an idea of what we needed to buy for groceries. As it states in the listing, this is a one bedroom, with a loft. There's plenty of sleeping space, however the loft area is open to the main floor. There's a half wall, but if you need more privacy this may not appeal to you. The bathroom for this loft bedroom is on the main floor. If it wasn't for that, this would have been ideal. It was still pretty good! Princeville is on the North shore of Kauai so we did lots of driving as snorkeling and exploring beaches was high on our agenda. We loved our stay at this condo and in Kauai!!

Excellent Getaway

The 6302 unit was perfect. With the ocean view and the noise from waves crashing, each morning and evening were pleasant and enjoyed to the fullest. While there is no AC, with the oceane breeze we did not miss the AC. We were out and about during the day so can’t comment on the stay during the day. The resort is very well kept. Would stay here again.

We were happy with this unit and we enjoyed the location. Coming from Atlanta area, we were skeptical about the lack of air conditioning. Although, other than the initial shock upon arrival (windows and doors were closed, understandably), the room was very comfortable the entire week. No A/C was no issue at all for us. Speaking of location, short walk to Queens Bath and Turtle Cove. Also, Hanalei Bay area was our favorite and it’s just 10 minute drive. Owners were great and very responsive. I would recommend this unit.

One of our favourite spots

It was our second stay at Roger and Charlene’s hale with our family (parents and teens) and we will definitely be back a third time. The deck with its fabulous view is a great place to eat, relax and play cards. It’s central to many beaches and activities and the pool and hot tub area is lovely.

This condo located at the Cliffs has incredible views of the ocean right off the lanai. We enjoyed amazing sunrises and sunsets each night just steps from the condo. We also appreciated the beach chairs, coolers and umbrella for our days on the beach. I was a bit nervous about the heat given there is no AC. However there is great air flow and the ocean breezes kept it perfectly comfortable. Roger & Charlene were very responsive to any questions that we had prior to arrival. We will definitely try to book this property the next time we make it to Princeville! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Awesome condo

This property was spot on as advertised. This is really a nice unit. We've stayed in many others at the Cliff's and this one was my favorite. I really liked it because of the view, the supplies to get started, they provided chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, it was perfectly stocked. It was a very quiet condo too, with a great view. Loved how close it was to the grills. The winds blowing through the condo were just perfect too, we never got hot. The lanai was like an extra room we spent a lot of time out there in the mornings and evenings with coffee and cocktails. The pool is great for families and there is an adult hot tub and a pool in back. Our family also played pickle ball and the young one used the play ground. The basketball court was busy too. I walked Hanalei Bay every morning it was so peaceful and beautiful and close by as well as Anini. The fish market at the Dolphin provided us with awesome fresh fish to grill and we used the grill every night. Don't over think booking this condo unless you are not OK going up to the third floor, the view was worth it, trust me.

We’ve stayed at various units at The Cliffs The views are phenomenal and the location is in the heart of Princeville. Charlene and Roger’s unit is no exception. We had a lovely stay. This location in Princeville is quiet but the facilities are great- we grilled up fresh fish we bought in Hanalei, played tennis, used the fitness room and , I did laps in the pool (yes, we had a bit of rain so it was nice to have these things to do) The house is thoughtfully appointed with kitchen gear, boogie board's, even an umbrella. Charlene and Roger were fantastic hosts— the Vrbo reminder system for deposits malfunctioned and River reached out instead. So kind! Highly recommended.

Awesome stay in Kauai

We stayed at this condo several years ago with our teenage children and this time had 2 couples stay for 2 weeks. It worked out great as each couple had their own bedroom space and bathroom. There is a grocery store close by so we cooked several nights and found the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and pots etc. required to actually cook a meal. There is a dishwasher, microwave, cleaning supplies, some seasoning, coffee supplies and even some condiments. The resort has BBQ grills for guest use which are good quality and kept very clean. This condo has everything we needed to go to the beach; coolers, beach chairs, snorkels, beach towels and even sunscreen! There is a washer/dryer in the condo which came in handy to do a little laundry. We were there in January so it was not an big issue but there is no air conditioning, it has lots of windows and the patio doors with let the air in but it does get hot in the loft. The Cliffs is a awesome resort with beautiful grounds and pool area. There is tennis, putting green, pickle ball and shuffle board on site, a few restaurants and grocery store are within walking distance. We did a lot of walking in the area and found it to be clean, quiet (other than the roosters) and safe. The best part of the condo is the front deck (lanai) it is sheltered from the wind and rain and we loved sitting out there watching the whales and enjoying the views. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely stay at the Cliffs near Hanalei

The view of the ocean was spectacular with a gorgeous lawn in front of it. We really enjoyed watching the NeNe families and even saw an albatross! The roosters started loudly crowing about 4am which was annoying, but inevitable in Kauai. The kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed a lovely dinner on the lanai with friends in the area. the activities Cliffs offered were really nice We especially enjoyed the music of Soulgood Family at the Art and Music Festival, and even traveled out to Opakapaka Grill and Bar to hear them again. The Mai Tai Party was fun. Parking was plentiful. The owners responded quickly when I reached out. It was a very pleasant stay for my husband, my in-laws, and me.

Beautiful rental

We had the best time on our family vacation! Spending time with our daughter and son in law in this beautiful place was very memorable. I'd definitely rent this unit again! The unit was well appointed with everything you'd need in the kitchen, more than any other place I've rented, beach supplies, laundry amenities, beach & pool towels, ice chests, etc. They even provided binoculars. I saw a whale while having my morning coffee near the hammock which is right in front of the building.The beds were super comfortable and there are extra linens if needed. There is also books and movies which we enjoyed. The owner was very responsive and he updated us on things before our arrival that he thought we should know about. Looking forward to a return visit!
