  • Deze prachtige oceaan, twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers appartement op Lae Nani in Kapaa is de perfecte plek om te ontspannen en te genieten met vrienden en familie.

    Prive-eenheid op de bovenste verdieping (niemand boven u), met hoge plafonds, een volledig uitgeruste keuken gerenoveerd in april 2016 met granieten werkbladen, nieuwe kasten, nieuwe verlichting, boerderij roestvrij wastafel en tegelvloer.

    Geniet van een adembenemend uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit onze ruime Lanai, op loopafstand van zwemmen (strand of zwembad), recreatie en nabijgelegen winkels en restaurants. Tien minuten rijden van de luchthaven Lihue, twee minuten rijden naar de bekroonde Wailua gemeentelijke golfbaan.

    Geniet van gratis beveiligde internettoegang en gratis beveiligd parkeren met bewaker op het terrein. Er is een zeer comfortabel kingsize bed in de slaapkamer en twee tweelingen in de logeerkamer die op uw verzoek kunnen worden samengevoegd tot een kingsize bed voor een extra nominale vergoeding.

    Dit mooie apparaat met uitzicht op de schilderachtige Wailua Bay is het perfecte uitje. Het strand ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand over het prachtig aangelegde uitgestrekte gazon. Kinderen kunnen waden in de beschutte lagune of spelen in het zwembad. Volwassenen zullen genieten van de ontspannen sfeer door te ontbijten op de Lanai en de oceaan, exotische vogels, prachtig aangelegde gronden te bekijken of te ontspannen met een glas wijn bij zonsondergang.

    Er zijn ook talloze activiteiten op het terrein of in de buurt, van tennis spelen op onze eigen verlichte baan tot snorkelen, surfen, vissen, wandelen of golfen op een van de nabijgelegen golfbanen.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Sandy Feet Retreat! The unit is older but very well kept & comfortable! The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the grounds of the complex are beautiful! Having a pickleball court on property was an added bonus! We loved being right on the beach and the area was great for walking! This was our first trip to Kauai & staying in Kapa’a was the best decision we could’ve made. I highly recommend Sandy Feet Retreat!

Perfect spot for our family to enjoy Kauai. The unit was big enough for our family of 4 (2 teens), which can be hard to find. We cook all of our meals when visiting so the full kitchen and community BBQ was essential. Lots of pool/beach/court (pickle ball) equipment to use. Looking at making a return visit and will book again.

This was recommended to me by a friend. The location couldnt be more perfect. Right next door is the Coconut Market within a short walk. Many shops, food choices and the ABC market which has most everthing you need. Our host,Steve, responded immediately, as well as Bernadette. The condo is a little dated and we had to buy some hand soap for one bathroom, but not a deal breaker in any way for our family of 4. The view of the property and the ocean from the patio was wonderful(other than one palm tree ). On our last morning, we walked down to the beach and were lucky to see a monk seal sunning on the beach. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in the Lae Nani Condos.

Great Location!

Loved the location of the property. Super close to the beach and restaurants in the area. Very walkable and only a couple minutes drive from other restaurants in the area. The main property has a pool and they look to be building a few outdoor bbqs near the pool so it’s only getting better!

Great location. They ask that you remove your shoes when entering, which is fine BUT make sure the floor is CLEAN! The living area air conditioner didn’t work. It didn’t affect us because a breeze came through. The bedrooms air was working fine.

We loved the property's location (it's own beach and proximity to town) and would come back.. but stay at a different unit. The unit itself left much to be desired. There seemed to be water damage in the bathroom as the side of the casework was damaged and recessed can lights and ceiling fan were hanging out of the ceiling. In the main bedroom the floor material was peeling up at the entry and broke off consistently as we walked across it. The AC in the main bedroom is in need of servicing as it clicked the entire time it was on. It's a lot of money to spend for the unit to be in the condition it was, disappointing.

The unit was exactly as advertised. We’ve stayed in Lae Nani many times in other units, and this one is great. We’d definitely stay here again - especially in the summer, because the AC in the bedrooms was ideal. Thanks!

Property was just as described. Lovely and well stocked and within walking distance to many places. The kids had a great time at the pool. My only regret is we didn’t utilize the farmers market and kitchen.

Beautiful place to stay

Convenient location on Kauai- easy to get to north and south parts of the island. Beautiful property and loved the ocean front view. My family appreciated the closet of beach toys, snorkel gear, etc but some chairs were rusty/broken and should be replaced. Great amenities in the condo. Very comfortable. Only complaint is the water in the shower did not get much above luke warm. Overall we would stay here again.

Perfect for our family of 3

Had such a great time at this condo. The location was great, very clean, and loved that it was nice and quiet. AC was a huge plus and I loved being on the top floor. Only negatives (which were minor) is that the palm trees blocked most of the view from the balcony and the master bath shower rarely got above luke warm. But again, this was trivial. We loved our time here and don’t want to go home! Highly recommend.
