This property works well if you want to be able to visit the north and south parts of the island without switching locations. If you have younger kids they will love the pool area. Beds are comfortable, grocery store is very close, lots of nearby restaurants.

Can’t find a better location, this one is perfect with amazing, unobstructed ocean view! Beds were super comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to maybe upgrade the paper products that are provided. What was provided was adequate but we felt the quality of the could have been better for the nightly price paid. Would definitely stay here again as this is our 4th time staying in the complex and this is by far the best location and most comfortable of all of the other units.

The condo was excellent! The views were absolutely amazing especially the sunrise over the beach. My family if 5 enjoyed staying at the Waipoli beach resort. We rented boogie boards for the kids and they loved playing in the waves. If we ever come back to Kauai and want to stay on the east side of the island, I’d definitely stay again.

This was the perfect family getaway. We loved the location- right in the beach and across from a Safeway and a Starbucks which met every need for our trip. We couldn’t have chosen a better location and better amenities, just perfection and serenity st every turn. We will be back!

Wonderful view, clean unit, and quiet. It was great having a full sized washer and dryer, as most places have mini ones. Nice pool and restaurant with a great view. The furniture could be updated. Master shower was very small, even though bathroom itself was huge. Overall it was a great stay, thank you!

We had a great time! The resort was centrally located so we never felt like we had to drive far. At time the ocean at the resort was calm enough that we could get in. The only issue we had was my daughter and her fiancé.got stuck on the elevator for amount an hour and we had to call the fire department. The resort quickly fixed the elevator and had it working by the next morning.

Spectacular view and location

The property has lots to offer with its beautiful views and convenient location to restaurants, activities, and shops. Our sons enjoyed the pool, beach and being to walk to a lot of great restaurants. There’s one of the best shave ice shops right across the street. Our property was very clean and comfortable. The views were worth the trip.

Great location almost a 5

We stayed with our two 20 something year old kids. Our plans included hiking, catamaran cruises, helicopter tour, shopping and dining. The location was convenient for grocery shopping and some delicious food stands and farmers market. The view from the place was great. The building was quiet. Gym was clean and user friendly. I would give it a 4 1/2 If possible because it wasn’t quite comfortable for 4. There weren’t enough beach towels for everyone and only having a couch in the family room made hanging out a little uncomfortable. The beds and bathroom door in 2 nd room is a little tight. But overall great for location comfy beds good showers and beautiful sunrise. A rough beach so don’t stay here if you just want to swim in the ocean.

Beauty Abounds

It is a gorgeous setting with top-notch accommodations. The apartment is very well-appointed - it has everything you need. The location is perfect for taking day trips throughout the island as it's centrally located. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance, and the food is GREAT. There are so many exciting excursions to take advantage of, and they are easy to get to. The views of the ocean are spectacular from each of the rooms, and the fresh air is amazing. This apartment offers a sunrise view.

Great stay for family of 5

This condo had an excellent beach location with unobstructed ocean views from every room (and breathtaking sunrises every morning)! The kitchen was well-appointed and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The pool and restaurant on the property were wonderful additions to our stay. The beach was quiet; the sand was soft and the waves were gentle however there is a lot of rocky coral immediately beyond the beach so you may want to bring water shoes if you plan to swim. There is a 24-hour grocery store directly across the street that had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property for other families looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Incredible Rental

This unit is clean, well stocked, conveniently located and was a great place for our family vacation. They even had a futon that my son was able to sleep on the floor, huge bonus as I gave our four kids, some bedspace. My husband and I both agreed that this might be one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed at in Hawaii, and over the last month we’ve been in four other rentals. Their starter package was more than enough to get us through the week that we were there, and we eat in unit quite a bit. Everything was extremely clean and well cared for, we had ABSOLUTELY NO issues with gnats, bugs, cockroaches, or geckos, AS WE HAVE IN OTHER HAWAIIAN RENTALS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL AND WOULD DEFINITELY RENT THERE AGAIN.

Great place!

Place is exactly as described. This is our second time staying at this property and it exceeded our expectations. We love staying here. It’s central to everything and the pool it the biggest hit with the kids. My sister lives in Kauai and this is by far one of the best places to stay. We will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay

This place is great. We really enjoyed our stay. The beach & pool were a great combo. The location is central to the entire accessible island. Some of the furniture needs addressing, as the coffee table and the living room recliner both seemed to be a little sketch.

Perfect Romantic Getaway

The place is absolute incredible with breathtaking views. My wife and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary so we had an abundance of space which is priceless since we never have more than a few inches of space when we are home with our toddler boys. I truly don’t understand how anyone could give less than 5 stars staying here, it is the nicest place my wife and I have ever stayed and probably ever will. The ocean views are straight out of a movie or dream. Only constructive feedback I would give is there wasn’t any personal touch from the management company, we felt like a number not a guest from a private owner of the property. Maybe it’s the new reality of VRBO as my wife and I don’t get to travel much but we were just accustomed to previous stays where the owners sending us the check in instructions a couple days prior, not two months which went to my junk mail so we were waiting at the property for two hours before we got into our room on the 4th of July. Also there was no flexibility on a late check out, even an hour. Overall, still an amazing property, highly recommend. Just for my wife and I in the future, we will stay away from management company’s with lots of multiple properties owned to avoid feeling like this again, just a number and not a valued guest in their own home. Mahola!
