Fall Vaca - we loved it!
Perfect location in Ko Olina for a family. Close to restaurants and shops for necessities, but the resort itself is quiet and not overly crowded. Pools are great and the adjacency to the lagoon was perfection. Kids wanted to move in! We will be back!

Family Vacation.
Me and my family ( 7 in total ) stayed on this property. It was absolutely amazing. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The views was beautiful. The bed were comfortable. Every morning I sat on the balcony and ate breakfast. Every night I sat on the balcony and just chilled. It has truly been an amazing trip. Will most definitely stay here again if we are able to 😀

Magnificent!!
Spent the month of January here and couldn’t be happier with EVERYTHING! The condo is exquisite with everything you could ever want. Beautiful view, lovely pools, incredible beach, close to shopping, great for daily strolls and exercise along the beach and it is so peaceful. We had a couple of minor issues and the property manager addressed them immediately, just as you would expect. We are already inquiring about staying again for a month!! Book here, you will have NO regrets!!

The communication from the guest services representative was great. She contacted me a few days before we arrived, very friendly and provided clear direction. She met us onsite and gave a quick run down of the unit. While the unit is perfect for families, it needs a refresh including a paint job, updated washer and dryer (not energy efficient, very old, and rust on the interior when you open the dryer door) and other things as outlined in the review. The master bedroom need new pillows (both sleep and decorative), and a new king mattress as is caves in the middle. The second bedroom is much smaller, and also needs new mattresses. The living room furniture and rug are worn and has stains. The outdoor patio furniture also has stains, faded and worn cushions, and the faux plants need to be replaced. The kitchen and living room sofa have ants, yes, ants! We communicated with the property management company and was told that maintenance would come and spray the unit while were out. When we returned, we still saw ants. Maintenance came back, looked around and said an expert would need to be called, but gave no indication when that would happen. The master bath has soap scum on the glass shower door and the shower tile has definitely seen better days (this is how it looked when we arrived). The pictures are a misrepresentation of the unit because the living room furniture is different, the mattress looks firm (it’s not) and the patio furniture cushions looks new in the pictures, but there not. In terms of the overall property, we had to park in another building; be sure to stay in the lines or you’ll get a notice. All the poolside beach chair cushions need to be replaced, very worn. There’s a poolside bar, but I don’t think they sell food. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly, check-in and check-out was easy. My family and I were incredibly disappointed in the condition of the unit.

Great place for a family vacation!
This condo was the perfect size for our family of four. And it's well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need for meals. There are coolers, beach chairs, and beach toys. The condo has a great view of the pool areas and ocean. The host was very helpful checking us in. The location is great because the beach doesn't get as busy as others, and it's an easy drive to the sites of the island. There are also places to go within walking distance. The walking path along the lagoons is wonderful. The best part of our trip were the spectacular sunsets!

Such a beautiful place
Such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Didn’t want to stay in Honolulu and this was a wonderful alternative. The property was beautiful and between the shopping center and the other nearby resorts, we had everything we needed! Will definitely recommend to my friends. Hope to come back!

Everything that you’ll need are in the villa - the management staff thought of everything - high chair, folding chairs, coolers, beach toys, etc. The atmosphere was so serene and the staff were so friendly and hospitable. I will for sure come back here.

Three weeks in Paradise!
I came to Hawaii to visit my boyfriend who is stationed in Oahu and I was a little worried about being quarantined alone, but I was beyond impressed with the hospitality of the owner. Michael went out of his way to make me feel at home! He kept in touch with me throughout my quarantine and would bring me groceries and anything else I needed. I had plenty of space and a full kitchen to keep my occupied, as well as a wonderful view of the pool and beach from the lanai. When my two weeks of quarantine were up, my boyfriend joined me and I was able to enjoy the rest of the property. While some things were closed due to Covid, I still had plenty of things to enjoy. There are several beautiful beaches and a nice mall within walking distance of the hotel. The pool was quiet and peaceful and there was an amazing view of the sunset from the lagoon in front of the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here and this is one vacation I will never forget!

This was our first experience with a VRBO rental and we feel like we made a great choice! The property is as wonderful as it looks in the photos, and very well stocked for vacationers. Wow what a nice place to stay!!!
We arrived and were greeted bySavanna who showed us round and we were shocked to see such an elegant place to stay. No where in my over seas trips have I found such a comfortable place and easy to get to. The lagoons are awesome especially for snorkeling or family outings. The surrounding restaurants are just as classy as this rental property. Could have stayed here another 9 days!!! Would highly recommend this wonderful place!

I don't write alot of reviews.But I did for this one.
I'm one of those people that don't write a lot of reviews, when I do, it's one extreme (bad) or the other (great). This one is for being great. We VRBO all over the US and most places we have been to closely match the photos. This is the first stay where the place was actually better than the photos. 801 was perfect. Everything worked, everything was clean. Check in and checkout was smooth. The location was awsome. Pools and lagoons were perfect. We went down to Wakiki and hated it. Too crowded. This little town was perfect, no traffic, good places to eat. Although we cooked most of the time. If we return to Oahu, we'd definitely rent this unit again. Great beach walks in the morning. Fitness room was perfect for vacation. The resort will provide ice for coolers. The fridge has a small icemaker. The storage has chairs and coolers for your use. The only thing we bought were snorkels and mask. Loved the 2 weeks we spent here. Highly recommend it.

The property was very nice. Having lagoon access was fantastic!
A couple items that need attention: - the mattresses in both bedrooms definitely need to be replaced - the under cabinet light in the kitchen continuously flickered.....possibly needs the attention of an electrician? - the lighting in the overall condo is dim. Brighter lights in the entire condo would be appreciated. One downfall was the positioning of the balcony. Our neighbours were quite loud and when we were sitting on the balcony our privacy non-existent.

Beautiful Property with issues
Even though there were many mishaps, such as 1) the air conditioning did not work for 24 hours upon our arrival, 2) the same day the motor went out on the refrigerator,Not cooling to proper temp.so we had to eat the poki that we bought from Costco that night 3) the sensor for the overflow in the washing machine malfunctioned so we had to call Beach villa reality again to complain and 4) the exhaust fan in the second bathroom was fixed and then worked occasionally. The staff at the facilities where helpful and accommodating. They checked on us to ensure that everything was working smoothly. Although, the Property Management Company,Beach Villa Reality mainly, the owner Mr.M disappointedly told us to look for another place to stay because of all the issues,if we weren't happy. This trip was planned many months in advance for someone to say such a thing. Sadly, as many times as we've visited Hawaii, this was the first time I've felt not welcomed and exhausted. The non smoking rules are not enforced as we occasionally would smell smoke while trying to enjoy the lanai. Once everything was finally fixed, overall stay was wonderful, we made best of things given the circumstances.This was the worst Aloha feeling from this company and of all the places that we have rented in the 25 plus years coming to Hawaii. Last but not least the furniture needs major updating and cleaning. this property is great but not the management company. Mahalo.

What a great family memory!
Want to reach out and say what a great time we had for seven nights at the Beach Villa condominium at Ko Olina. Everything was just as advertised. The staff on property could not have been nicer or more helpful. What a place to get away from the zoo at Honolulu. Sitting out on the balcony each morning with a cup of coffee looking at the Pacific ocean - hard to beat. My wife and I enjoyed walking on the board walk by all four properties on one side with the ocean on the other for our exercise each morning as well. Even our boys commented how much they enjoyed being at the resort and they are young adults. Just book it and enjoy!

What a great place to stay near Honolulu!!
This 2-BR villa was the beautiful unit with an amazing ocean view! There are few places next door like Disney Aulani, Four Seasons and Marriott but this was the quietest with half the price. Has the most beautiful amenities and very nice beach front. I would highly recommend this to everyone!! The property manager was also very good people to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Excellent location beautiful property!
This condo was located in a beautiful spot in Ko Olina. The condo was spacious with stunning ocean views. My only disappointment was the size of the second bedroom. Unlike the Master which is loaded, the second bedroom is not conducive for 2 adults, it's way too small. No tv, or mirror in the room, one side table. Additionally the dresser was obviously for children as we couldn't fit even half our clothes in the drawers. However, with all that said, I would book this condo again in a flash! It's an amazing place away from the hustle of Waikiki. The property managers and staff...very nice and accommodating. Hated to leave.

Highly Recommend!
This was our first trip to Hawaii and after staying at this villa hopefully will not be our last! We were visiting our daughter who was working at the Pearl Harbor base for the summer so wanted to stay somewhere within a short driving distance there, had a kitchen to cook meals, and a beach view. The villas exceeded our expectations! When we arrived at the airport I called Michael and Vicky to let them know we were on our way and were met at the villa lobby and given a tour of the villa and where to park. The villa was immaculate with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, a beautiful view of the ocean and pools, and had everything we needed, including beach towels and snorkel gear. We frequently walked on the beach trail in front of the villas and to the stores within walking distance and never felt unsafe in this area. Our biggest decision each day was what to do first-go to the pools, snorkel in the lagoons, or go on a hike around Oahu. We drove to other parts of the island to go scuba diving, sky diving, and hikes and the other nice part about Ko'Olina is the traffic is not nearly as congested as it is around Honolulu. The sunsets were amazing each evening and usually we enjoyed them from the tiki bar at the villas or steps away from that on the beach. Thank you Michael and Vicky for a great vacation! We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Ocean View--Loved it!!!!!
We fell in love with Villa 801 once we entered the front door. The kitchen/balcony ocean view is definitely more beautiful than the photo! Very clean, beautiful decor, beds very comfortable. Vicky was always available via cell phone, even when we totally forgot to call once we left the airport. She greeted us at the receptionist desk, escorted us to the room, and showed us around our Villa. The photos show the beauty of the grounds and we loved that they had the quiet pool and even the family pools where not busy or too loud. Lagoon 2 was never busy during our week stay. Lagoon 1, used by Aulani hotel and Lagoon 3, used by Marriott, were definitely busier. The short walk to sunsets from the Lagoon is amazing!! Just pack a picnic, sit on the beach grassy area or the sand and enjoy the sunset!! My mom is 81 so needs to rest throughout the day. She absolutely LOVED relaxing in the kitchen and balcony enjoying the ocean view. Our 10 and 12 year old kids loved having the choice of swimming in the Lagoon or poolside without having to walk very far. The only reason we gave a 4 star instead of a 5 is because of our neighbor balconies being so close. Luckily the beautiful ocean view that we enjoyed from the kitchen and balcony made it worthwhile!! We definitely would stay at the Beach Villas again and highly recommend it!!

Excellent stay for 3 Generations at Michael's Hege Ko Olina Beach Villa!
We wish to express how much our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandsons really enjoyed staying at Michael Hege's wonderful, clean, and spacious 2 bedroom suite (OT 801) looking out to a magnificent ocean view. Our 9 night stay will always be remembered with the fun in the pools and lagoons plus many other fantastic memories. It was kind of Michael, Vicky and their son to greet us with a warm welcome which also included valuable information suggesting places to go snorkelling, shopping and eating. Absolutely beautiful! Best family vacation!
From the booking to the arrival to the departure this was an amazing vacation. We are very seasoned travelers and this was far the best experience in 25 years of travel. Michael was great work with very accommodating and knowledgeable. I had many questions and he eliminated any doubts we had. When we arrived we were greeted with such kindness and a lovely gift basket of Hawaiian goodies. The unit we stayed in #801 was beautiful, the appliances were top of the line and the furniture was clean and updated. The view...... Breath taking We all enjoyed the amenities, the beach and the hospitality! This was our first time in Hawaii, we have always travelled to the Caribbean and can't wait to return to Ko Alina. In fact we already booked in for March. I highly recommend using Michael and his team for your vacation, you would not be disappointed.

DREAM COME TRUE!
I can not say enough about having landed in this rental with Michael and Vicky! We had a rental go bad on us and were in a tough spot trying to locate a safe and clean place to stay for a week. Michael immediately took "us in" and Vicky immediately made us feel at home. Everything from the AMAZING welcome basket, all toys, chairs and ice chest needed and a non stop breath taking view. Hands down this will be the first place I check in when returning to the Island. You too will not be disappointed!! Press the button and book it! You will soon arrive in heaven!
