'The house and garden are very new and has some great facilities, and are very pretty. The area is great (close to the sea and to shops) and the neighbours were very friendly, and rarely noisy. 'The house is basic inside but clean and functional. The neighborhood is very quiet without any tourists, just local people. The beach is just 200 feet away from the terrace.
