Very good services all stop for any need available just dial desired ext for any service stop shows welcoming attitude, property is neat and clean , highly recommended

フロントの対応はいいが、他のホテルマンが行動が遅い。 コーヒー持ってくるのに1時間かかるし、こっちが何回催促したことか。 5分待ってと言われ15分待たされる。 写真映写りがいいだけで、風呂場とかも汚い

Terrible customer service, rooms are too old. Bathrooms are not very clean. Room service takes forever. They don’t have a proper shuttle service to pick up your luggage, if you have 4 luggage, you have to pay for another car to take your luggage to and from the Airport.

Was welcomed by a cockroach in the hallway leading to the room. cleanliness was poor, bedsheets were not clean, overall reception was poor, after looking the state of cleanliness decided not to use the pool due to worry of poor hygiene. would never stay here again, nor recommend

It was plain filthy Dirty. Room pillows had significant stains; the carpet had grease spots, mold on the bathroom. Overall it was the worst experience I ever had.

They charged me $68 on top what I paid Expedia because they told me that Expedia advertised wrong rates . I would like to ask Expedia to refund my money that I paid at the hotel . The room and bathroom was never updated ever since the building was built . Bathroom was horrible and filthy . Room had no climate control and AC ran at same speed . Food was horrible and had to call front desk multiple times to get things done . No iron or board in the room and upon our multiple requests were given iron without the board for 20 minutes .

Initially, they did not find my reservation after passing of 2 hours finally they found my reservation. I was totally pissed off very arrogant front desk staff. Very much disappointed from the service from such good hotel.

Apologies for the inconvenience, You had extra person upon check-in we facilitate as per special approval by General Manager without any extra charges. During your stay you have personally met with our General Manager and you have not shared any comment. However, We're grateful that you have pointed out the issues you faced we will definitely look into these problems to provide more better facilities to our guests.
