'Stunning modern villa with clean pool and beautiful view. Location is difficult to find as there are two complexes (A & B) with the same name, however they are not signposted clearly at each property or easy to locate on a map. The local manager was not responsive enough and did not provide clear address details so we could find the property and had to contact them. 'This is a nice house situated in a small Greek village. Nearest town for shopping is Sami, some 3.5km away. Owner Dimitris is very helpful. The house looks as shown on the photo's. A cleaning lady stops by every three days. The location is good for touring the island or taking a cruise to Ithaka from Sami.'

'Op de plaatjes lijkt t een alleenstaand huis, maar dat is niet zo, er is een buurthuis (met ook gasten), pal achter de afscheidingsmuur. En er is veel omgevingsgeluid, bv veel blaffende honden. Mooi uitzicht vanaf 1e verdieping, aan t zwembad zit je ingesloten tussen de muren, wat wel weer goed is tegen de wind. Verder fijn huis, en geluiddichte ramen. Grote bbq buiten. 'This is a very lovely characterful house to stay in and Gavriela is a super helpful host.We were not aware form the description that 1 bedroom is really not v private has no door, & is open plan to the rest of the house, which would have been good to know. However it did not matter too much to us in the end, as it was handy to be close to the port, with easy access to ferries and restaurants, and the house feels like a special home. Thanks so much for having us wehad a great holiday.'

Immaculately clean, the villa has everything you need, and its size means it's just such an easy place to spend your days idling. Plenty of comfortable shady sitting areas, nice views across the valley and a few minutes walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Agia Effimia.Great owners too :)'

'Fabulous location and big pool. Another villa next door but well screened and you don't really notice they are there. Very clean, lovely wee touches like shower gels, shampoo etc. Has BBQ and very cute resident gecko who comes out on the wall every night to eat moths.'
