There are many restaurants nearby, that's convenient. The staffs are generally friendly and kind. Only room facility is rather old. I found only the towels big so wanted some face towels..

毎週日曜日に開催される朝市のために、ここに泊まりました。 スイートルームには広いシャワールームがあり、何と言っても浴槽は大きくて深くとても快適でした。水圧は少し弱いのでお湯を溜めるには少し時間がかかります。 スタッフの接客は素晴らしく、トラブルにも迅速な対応でした。 朝食は5段階中3。補充がされていなく空のままのトレーが目立ちました。朝市やモールなどにも近く、便利な場所です。

Good location but poor reception
Reception do not have proper booking record for my booking. I booked 2 nights but they prepare only for 1 night. I booked smoking room but rooms is not ready I asked receipt when checkout but they said it already issued by hotel.com but i actually paid it at hotel. However, hotel location is near to few shopping mall. Many restaurant nearby and not far from KIIC

Nice hotel but spa needs improvement
Being a fairly new hotel, the conditions are good in terms of cleanliness, comfort, food and overall environment. The staff are very helpful and hospitable. I only have comments on the spa for improvement. Firstly, the lights are too bright for relaxation. Service level of therapist and hygiene must be improved. I apparently saw the therapist hung back the same robe for the next customer. The therapist should also have the courtesy to wait for me change back my clothing before clearing the room. That was quite disturbing. I will return to the hotel for staying but not visit the spa.

Nice hotel with good breakfast
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel in Karawang. Check in was damn fast and easy. Rooms were decent. Bathroom was quite small though, especially toilet area. Otherwise no complaints on room, it had amazing view from room. Breakfast was really good and staff were courteous. In Room dining options could have more asian menu rather than just japanese. I would recommend this place in karawang.

Staff & System is the poorest level (スタッフレベル最悪レベル)
事前決済したにも関わらずホテルで確認できず、30分待たされた挙句に、後日ホテルから二重請求あり(勝手にカードから引き落とし→カード履歴にも2回分の請求あり)。ホテル自体の設備・環境が良いだけに、宿泊費を架空請求し、勝手にカードから引き出す辺りはホテルのシステムは最悪。色々なホテルに宿泊したが、こんな悪徳ホテルは初めて。 クレームをつけ返金請求中。好きだったホテルだけに残念。受付女性のスタッフレベルが過去最低レベル。チェックインまでも30分以上・・・設備の良さにスタッフがついていっていない 朝食はとてもおいしく、品数も多い

新しく清潔で、便利な立地です。 日本食レストランくのいちは、真の日本食とは言えないけどカラワンの立地を考えるとまあまあと思いましょう。 カラワンのため、ビール、酒の購入はまづ無理です・・・。 両替もホテルフロントでは ドル のみ。 モール内にあります。

wonderful hotel, possibly the best in karawang
great experience, hotel staff can not do enough to make stay good. very good facilities including pool. location great, near shopping malls. seems very busy, but no noise intrusion in hotel. felt like a safe area to be, but many security at and in malls, not sure why as i walked around at night with no personal security concerns. but i am used to living in large citys and this probably helps with personal confidence. Hotel is beutifuly appointed and exeptionally clean. the staff are wonderful and very attentive. Breakfast was interesting, not western, chicken porridge not my taste, but flavour appreciated by many Japanese clients. not much english spoken in Karawang, especialy outside hotel, but with a little indonesian got along very well. can not say enough to recommend this hotel when staying in Karawang
