'Prachtig groot resort. Veel faciliteiten. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Jammer dat ze geen niet rokers sectie hebben. Wij hadden rokende buren waardoor wij minder gebruik konden maken van ons terras. Een blok met enkel niet rokende gasten moet makkelijk kunnen als je zo groot bent. Maar verder heerlijk verblijf gehad.'

'Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred.. Then I asked at reception to order a taxi...

'The overall stay was quite decent. Hotel is very nice and cosy. Staff was super helpful and cheerful, we loved the mini disco and pool activities. Only downside is the facility itself. It is a bit old and the room was small for 3 people. And the greek restaurant doesn't really reflect the authentic greek cusinies. Also the beach has loads of stones and you really need to swim a bit further to reach thr sand on your feet. It wouldnt recommend you to walk on the beach bare foot.'

'Very kind staff, spaceous rooms and great food! Bed is very comfortable. We loved it so much that we have booked an extra night! We would deffinately recommand this accomodation😊 about a half hour walk to town but supermarket is around the corner.'

'Mitsis hotels bestaat uit een zeer groot complex/terrein van 4 hotels, varierend in luxe. Het Family beach hotel is ca. het 3e hotel van de keten. Als je van grootschalig houdt is dit helemaal prima en ondanks dat hebben de medewerkers al heel snel door wie je bent en wat je voorkeuren zijn. 'Hotel was wonderful although there was a lot of steep climbing to breakfast restaurant. Room was spacious. Breakfast superb as well as the lovely staff. We stayed there 10 days and after couple of days we didn’t even have to give our order as they knew what we would like to drink. Fabulous customer service! Housekeeping was disappointing as room was not being cleaned properly. F.I. Bathroom sink dirty for 2 days with toothpaste on same spot (just to see whether they clean sink). After calling...

"We hebben bij 5 sterren hotel (MITSIS Selection) toch een andere beleving. Alles was op zich goed, maar niet uitstekend. Het hotel heeft een mooi strand met genoeg ligbedden en parasols en een strandbar. Ondanks laat in het seizoen konden we nog zwemmen. De kamer was goed, alleen in de badkamer liepen veel kleine mieren. Boven ons was een appartement met een jacuzzi. Die ging ‘s nachts aan om te reinigen. Gaf geluidsoverlast, zorg dus dat je geen appartement onder een appartement met jacuzzi krijgt. "
