'Great and helpful staff.'

'A very charming hotel, ideally located with super convenient parking right in front of the hotel. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms.'

'Good stay I’m nice hotel and town'

'personeel!!!

'This apart/hotel location is not for everyone. Very stiff hill makes it difficult to walk around. TV channels are limited, room is very small, beds were not comfortable it all . Blankets and pillows were great . Cleaning crews were the best. Last four days of our stay was not hot water, we had no showers. Four stars for this place is definitely overrated. This is the fifth time we are visiting Karlovy Vary and our expectations get lower and lower . Thanks'

'Fint men saknade luftkonditionering.

Kamer was schoon. Personeel vriendelijk '

Goede parking. Op 5 minuten van centrum Karlsbad, met wagen. Kleine goede wellness, wel extra te betalen. Perfect ontbijt. Goede wifi.'

'Good hotel. Breakfast was at a restaurant down the street. You got a little container of yoghurt with granola and fruit and you got to choose a meal, a hot beverage, and a cold beverage. It was very good and filling! The room was very big and clean with a nice balcony. The only downside was that the curtains let in a lot of light in the morning. Across the street is a furnicular that brings you next to a parking garage. If coming with the car, I recommend parking here. Walking from the parking...

'Everything was great with the property. Communication was excellent. We stayed during August summertime and the unit was hot but because of the 24/7 support they were able to provide us an electric fan which was a lifesaver.'
