'Excellent location. Pretty busy doc out back but it could have been really busy because of holiday. Everything is clean and really helpful neighbor a couple houses over. I will definitely be back!'

'The only suggestion we have is to put railings on the stairs going in To the living area. The rooms were large, closet space wonderful, bathroom perfect and location perfect.'

'Cute cottage. Great location. We hope to return in the future. '

'We enjoyed this cute cottage and found it close to everything in town. We ran out of time to enjoy the bikes. Great host.'

'We were in Jefferson for the Civil War Reenactment and this house was perfect for our stay. It was across the street from one of the reenactor encampment locations and a short, easy walk to the downtown area. Even though it was close to everything, it was quie6 and peaceful. The house is beautiful and plenty large enough for a fwmily. Check in, check out super easy. The owner is very quick to answer questions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next year.'

'My mother, daughter and I were very happy with the accommodations at “Perfect Pool House”. We attended a performance at Music City Texas and did not want to travel home on a Saturday night, late. The host was very friendly and check-in was easy. The house is nicely appointed with interesting art and sculpture. We will stay here again. Soon, we hope. '

'Cute home; very spacious! Great property for families. We plan to stay here every time we come to Vivian'
