"We wisten dat het een goed hotel moest zijn, volgens de reviews. Echter na een paar dagen concluderen we al dat het gewoonweg uitstekend is. Het is niet alleen het goede ontbijt, maar ook het restaurant, de perfecte ligging van het zwembad, dat je overal alles kunt laten bezorgen in het hotel. Wat ons hart het meest gestolen heeft is dat we vanaf ‘s morgens tot en met avond in totaal drie keer verrast werden met felicitaties voor mijn vriends verjaardag. Het personeel steelt de show door hun vriendelijkheid en service ! Bedankt voor de fijne vakantie !!!"

With plenty of choice in the area, I highly recommend this place as it is close to several beaches, in a lively environment, but still managed to give a serene feeling. "

"This hotel has a good swimming pool, really good for families with kids. Hotel provides shuttle to go to and from Kata beach, which is very helpful. Hotel is modern and very clean. Good breakfast provided. "

"This is a massive hotel. Although in low season, the breakfast during “high hour” 9.00 was terribly crowded. Variety is amazing. The rooms are spacious but smell moldy. Rooms are clean. Beds are good. Lots of swimming possibilities and kids club. Compared to the Kathathani in Chiang Rai, where they let you feel like home, this hotel lets you feel like a number. If there are no problems they are friendly and helpful, however if there are problems, it is not their problem. Like the washing machines for instance. Both broken during a washing cycle. Had to wait 30 minutes for a technician to come which eventually was not coming because the initial staff didn’t listen and thought we wanted to make use of a broken machine. Then when they came the conclusion was the machine was broken, and we were left with soaking wet and full of soap clothes. No excuse, no apologies, just the 60 baht back and gone was the manager. As if that is what I am waiting for. It is sad this incident reflects over this stay. And compared to their other resort, including the massiveness I would not recommend it. "

"Leuk niet te groot hotel met zeer ruime kamers. Alles netjes. Goed basis ontbijt. Personeel beperkt in hun Engels maar zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gratis transport om het uur van en naar het strand van Karon. Heerlijk zwembad met degelijk ligstoelen en parasols. Goede prijs-kwaliteit, ik zou hier zeker terug boeken."
