'Run by a lovely, very helpful couple who want your stay to be as good as it can be. Provided parking, excellent breakfasts, helpful local knowledge. The room was very clean and was refreshed & restocked each day. Highly recommended.'

'House was great exactly what we were hoping for. Clean and in a great location. Parking is on street for those wondering although wasn't a huge problem. '

'Very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast and dinner were both very good. The family room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom. The wifi was good and there is lots of parking space. We heard a continuous hum in our room, but it wasn’t a big deal because it quite well before bedtime. We didn’t ask about it but assumed that it was probably a ventilation fan from the kitchen. 'Elke maand verblijf ik hier een paar dagen. Prima hotel met aardige medewerkers. Goede kamers met redelijke wifi voor een zakelijk verblijf in de regio. Tot volgende maand!'

'Hotel you tend to find in a nice luxurious location. Friendly stuff and nice rooms with all the utilities.'

Si può scegliere un unico piatto cucinato ma vi assicuro che al Bertram's cucinano con cura. È un posto in cui...

'Parking was good. Meals in pub were great. Breakfast was fantastic. Good beer.'

'Tha staff were very helpful and polite, the hotel is well positioned for access to A1 and local bus route to Town. The room was perfect with plenty of room and an extra large bed. We had dinner in the hotel there was plenty of choice and all freshly cooked, excellent.'

'Staff were friendly and helpful. Lift was out of order for all of our stay which was not good as I have arthritis in both knees, left hip and right shoulder. There were a lot of stairs - this spoilt the holiday slightly for me'
