'Een zeer mooie Afrikaanse lodge, goed uitgebaat met een groot team. Vriendelijk personeel en hulpvaardig. Zeer mooie ligging aan de chobe rivier en veel activiteiten te boeken'

'We stayed here for 3 nights and were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is ideally located for visiting Chobe National Park on your own as it is only a few minutes’ drive from the gate. The staff are well trained, very friendly and extremely helpful. This hotel is next to a petrol station and supermarket. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel also has a restaurant where you can enjoy good food at a great price. If you prefer not to arrange individual excursions yourself, they...

'Goed gelegen vlakbij de grens met Zimbabwe en 12 km van Chobe NP. Ruime kamer met afzonderlijke zithoek. IJskast. Goede douche. Goede WiFi. Afgesloten parking. 2 zwembaden.

'If I could give 6+ stars (instead of max 5) for customer service, I would do so. After my tour organizer (avoid: Afrinature) was a no show for one tour and cancelled game drive only hours before, the staff at Hotel in short order called their trusted partners to ensure I didn't miss out on any experience in Kasane. I am just so grateful as some people might have simply said, "too bad." When I come back, I am staying with Hotel Rustiek and arranging my tours thru them. Thank you!!!!'

'This Lodge is amazing. Very, very friendly. Very, very clean. Helped with everything that we needed. Highly recommend this place to everyone. '

'Very good location with beautiful river view! All the staffs are friendly with smiles. Although there were always big groups of tourists but we’ve been treated well at breakfast and dinner though we were just 2 of us. But the problem was the maintenance. After soaking in the bath just after 9 pm, I tried to have a shower but no hot water came out. No matter how long I waited, nothing happened, so I tried to ring reception—only to find that the telephone cable had come loose and I couldn’t get...

'Really enjoyed our stay here. It was such a characterful hotel and our room was gorgeous with beautiful views over the Chobe river from the balcony. The game drives and river cruise were really good and a reasonable price. I would say, the service was very up and down, sometimes outstanding, at other times quite cold and disorganised. The same is true of the game drives, one was incredible, the other was quite mediocre. Food too, sometimes was exceptional (like the BBQ at the poolside bar), at...

'Heerlijk hotel !'

'It was a great stay! Loved the breakfast spread. Also the staff were always so helpful even with organising for Safaris etc, that was a plus and I loved that it was quiet and clean. I will be sure to recommend and also come again.'

'Hotel is about 15 minute drive to Chobe National Park and to cruise. The Lodge itself is very basic. The maintenance staffs are very attentive and try very hard to make guests comfortable. The sunset cruise is must. Boat operator and guide Sha is so skillful and sensitive. He explains many insightful knowledges on wildlife. He always knows where wildlife are: yawning hippos, fighting crocodiles and lizards, heard of swimming elephants, rare Cape buffalo, birds, hundreds water lilies and...

'This is a very basic facility. The owner Sipiwe takes care of all your shipping needs and prepares basic but fresh food on the site. She also provides transportation to excursion points and arranged all our excursions which were really great. Improvements needed '

'Mooie ligging en zicht op de Wildlife aan het zwembad. Lekker ontbijt - lunch en avondeten. Vriendelijk personeel. Once of a live experience !'
