'The check in with smooth. They spoke Japanese along with Chinese and English. There were snacks, water and tea available in the lobby. The place was a bit outside of city center however a very comfortable stay. I just wish they had more dressers in the room. 'There was an issue with the amount charged. Refund took a few days. But the hotel personnel were very helpful. They said that it was due to wrong information from hotels.com. Whatever it is, it was a distressing situation. Else, it was a nice hotel.
