"The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are very spacious and very nice decorated, but the service can be improved. When we arrived the beds for both of our kids were not prepared. The extra bed was not there and due so one of them had to sleep between us.
When you want to order a drink or something to eat at the poolbar you have to pay the food and the drinks separately. This is very uncommon for a 5* hotel.
In some elevators the airco doesn’t work properly and can be improved. The shuttle service took a different ride and longer route to the airport due the traffic at that moment of time but I think it was also to avoid highway toll. Again not very 5*"

"We komen al jaren in dit hotel en dan vooral voor de locatie. De BTS ligt voor de deur dus je kunt simpel door de stad reizen. Er is een zwembad, maar zonder schaduw dus overdag is het daar niet uit te houden. Kamers zijn aan een renovatie toe Personeel is vriendelijk. Ontbijt is vooral op aziaten gericht, maar verder prima!
