'The Carrington has a lot of history, it’s a pity that state of the rooms of the hotel also are quite outdated'

'What a lovely traditional hotel decorated in a classic style that takes you back in time. You are welcomed, not only by lovely open fires, but also by the reception and bar staff! Very friendly and helpful. Our room had fabulous views of the mountains and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and sunrises. 5 mins walk to the main street with a choice of restaurants and a few mins drive to the attractions and trails. 'Het huis wordt sinds 1906 als gasthuis gebruikt, leuk en gezellig voor de nacht die we er doorgebracht hebben. Aardige eigenaar, die behulpzaam was. Goede locatie om de Blue Mountains te bezoeken. '

'Great location, nice room and very friendly staff '

'The staff was very friendly and informative. The room was big but really outdated. Although the shower was really nice, with lots of warm water. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The location nearby the Three Sisters in the Blue Mountains World Heritage National Park is fantastic. To the centre of town takes a little longer. Overall it could do with a make-over at the inside.'

'Great room in a great location. Easy self check in and beautiful quiet space'

'Well maintained, vintage building with ditto style. Very friendly reception, very good bed, the room and bathroom was not very spacious but good enough for this single traveller.'

'The motel is very good, although a tad old. We loved the big rooms with lots of amendities. The electric sheets were a big surprise, although we didn’t needed them. The nearby restaurant is very good, if you want other options you are in for a walk to the nearby town. '
