Guest Access:

Arrival instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival.

Guests have full private access to the entire home, garage converted into a recreation area, and landscaped outdoor spaces. On-site parking for two vehicles.

Kelvin Heights is one of Queenstown's most prestigious suburbs, known for its tranquility, sunshine, and spectacular scenery. Located just minutes from the Hilton Hotel and Spa, lakeside walking trails, and Queenstown Golf Course, you'll enjoy privacy with proximity to top-tier amenities.

Interaction:

We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.

Getting Around:

There is a nearby bus stop only a 5 minute walk away that takes you into the centre of Queenstown.

The property is only a short walk to the Hilton's water taxi that also takes you into Queenstown town centre. Alternatively, it is a 20 minute drive.

Only a 10 minute drive to the airport and Frankton shopping area, and an impressive 5-minute drive to the entry of the Remarkables Ski mountain.

Other things to note:

Please be aware that there is currently construction going on next to the property. This can include breaking rock and regular building noise and can happen between Monday - Friday.

The T&C's for staying at a Tahuna Hideaway will be sent to you before arrival.

This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor's by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply:

No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor's or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
