'Super cute cottage, great location. Lovely pubs within walking distance the sweetest village shop. Really enjoyed our stay. Host is helpful and provides lots of information with local attractions. '

'My wife, our toddler and I had a wonderful stay at Lawbrook Farm. Paul was a great, most helpful host who always enjoyed a chat. The house is furnished in order to provide guests with a comfortable stay. The view from the garden on the surrounding area is marvellous (when there is no fog). If we were to visit the area again, we would definitely consider coming back.'

'Well thought out cottage design very well presented but testing for size - just an extra 5% of space would yielded 20% increase in convenience and enjoyment. Hosts and neighbours are excellent. Parking is unusual but workable. As a couple (one Aussie and one Aussie born in Yorkshire) we really enjoyed our time at this cottage and would highly recommend it. Walk to village is 10 minutes and huge number of attractions within 40 mins.'

'Loved the interior of te cottage. Beautiful bedroom and bathroom. Wel equiped kitchen. York, Leeds and the Dales nearby. Wetherby itself also has good facilities. The only minor point was the busy road with the constant noice of cars passing.'

'Came to settle for some 3 peaks hiking and to meet up with old friends for joint birthday celebrations. Woodstock cottage was ideally located for train travel with substantial baggage. The cottage was great, had everything needed for my 5 night stay. Loved the reclining sofa, fully equiped kitchen, comfy beds and bathtub. Kate was a great host and added thoughtful extra touches like milk in the fridge and a small welcome hamper. Could not have had a better stay in this value for money cottage. '
