The property design is very nice, however needs renovation. The room view and space was great, but there was mold corners. There was ALOT of food available around the property all the time, but the quality was below average. It was an ok stay, but i would not go back or recommend it to others.

Stunning view and very nice landscape, love it. Good food, a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. We stayed 8 days (family of 8) and nothing was open for kids. Just a dance in the evening for 30 min. When we spoke with the front desk they told us everything opens on May 10 - check your dates. Very disappointed. Nothing was open outside either- pier, beach cabanas, pool tables and ets that we saw on the pictures when we booked hotel. The majority of personal is friendly, but mostly speaks Turkish and Russian. Very upsetting was behavior of spa staff and photographers. They pushed services so rudely and intrusively to the point I didn’t want to go to sauna. Car service was even worse.

Staff were excellent and helpful. Check in/out was a breeze. The surrounding area scenery was stunning. Ocean front with a backdrop of mountain was breathtaking. Food choices were plenty for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At times we experienced the dinning hall getting very crowded and hard to find an empty table to sit. So it is best to avoid those times for dinning in. Our ocean view room was nice and had a big terrace. Ample space to stretch legs although the view was a bit obstructed due to trees on the ground. Over all loved the place and surely will stay there again.

Otelin yeri harika, manzarası çok güzel. Yemekler çok çeşitli ve bu zamana kadar bu tarz otellerde gördüğümün en iyisi diyebilirim. Çalışanlar kendi istekleriyle sizlere yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Otel tertemiz diyebilirim. Denizi beğenmedim. Kirli, dalgalı ve bulanık. Hiç girmek istemedim. Odanın kapısı ile ilgili sorun yaşadık ve sorun daha hızlı çözülebilirdi.

Никому не посоветую!!! Все на отлично: отель, территория, бассейны, горки, пляж. Но КУХНЯ..... Это надо было очень сильно постараться, чтобы сделать так плохо!!! Абсолютно все не вкусное, выбор минимальный. Примеры: хлебобулочные - не свежие, пирожные - пластилин, основная рыба - жареная скумбрия, основное мясо - жареная курица. Турецкий пирог - большая макаронина.Можно долго перечислять. но нет смысла. Доверьтесь отзыву и не приезжайте!!! Отзыв на основании сравнения с отелями такой же ценовой категории. Были в мае 2018 в Мираж Парк и октябрь 2018 Дабл Три Хилтон и Оранж Каунти.

No English spoken by staff all clients were Russian or Eastern European food was poor. Room cleaning poor. Most of the shops in the hotel were closed. Reception would not change money. We wanted to take tours but the tour people said they would only take Russians. Beach pebbles . The hairdresser was finished. The entertainment was third class. As a 5 star hotel people just came in off the beach for dinner . Hundreds of children racing around .

great for families- not really a honeymoon stop
The hotel is immense and grand. The service was good, also. It definitely has the “all-inclusive resort feel” with activities like pool aerobics and of course all you can eat food. It has a family feel with lots of children running around, which was not exactly what we were going for on our honeymoon, but if you have kids and want a one-stop-shop, this is the place for you.
