'Room clean, nice staff, on a busy road so a bit noisy'

'Terrible staff, non-existent customer service, tried to rip me off, terrible architecture and design, over-priced to hell. Another terrible Australian business who knows nothing about customer service in 2026.'

'Amazingly well-appointed rooms were VERY comfortable and provided everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Staff was very professional and helpful!'

'The place was clean and Tidy , no issuse well looked after .'

'The property was situated near the rail for our day trip to the blue mountains, also near the shopping centre and the most delightful patisserie cafe. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet and i loved the Morr toiletries. Thank you to the lovely staff who were pleasant and professional.'
