650 m² Van intieme gezelligheid. Deze handige maar toch privé locatie
 is onlangs omgebouwd van een schuur naar een rustige uitweg. Geschikt als een romantisch uitje of een hectische zakenmensen ruimte voor concentratie en inhalen. 650 vierkante meter van deze begane grond vakantiewoning is smaakvol gerenoveerd zonder detail over het hoofd gezien. Eigenaar woont op zicht.
Deze eigenschap beschikt over een volledige keuken w / s. s. apparaten, kwarts aanrechtbladen en staat open voor de woonkamer met een marmeren surround gashaard en 9 ft. Glazen schuifdeur op het zuiden. Slider opent naar uw prive-achtertuin met terras en grill. Geniet van een glas wijn in de late namiddag terwijl u de bloementuinen bewondert en de vogels bij de feeders bekijkt. Onopvallende airconditioners werken stil voor zowel zomer- als wintercomfort.

Op suite state of the art badkamer is voorzien van betegelde inloopdouche met regendouche. Verwarmde tegelvloer en groot granieten ijdelheid aanrecht met onderbouw porcline wastafel.

Loop naar het pittoreske centrum van Kennebunk om te genieten van de vele goede restaurants, unieke winkels en veelgeprezen bakkerijen. Het Waterford Center organiseert veel zomerevenementen zoals concerten en lokale ambachtelijke tentoonstellingen. Neem een deken of stoel mee en geniet van een warme zomeravond van gratis Shakespeare-in-the-park. Voor golfers zijn er verschillende goed onderhouden banen, waarvan sommige profiteren van de zeewind. Kennebunk is een hondvriendelijk stadje. This property would be 6 stars if I could have added the extra one. It’s much larger than the photos and every detail is taken care of. It really felt like a home away from home. The place was spotless! My daughter and I visited Kennebunk for the first time and the apartment is lovely and well-appointed. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance and gadget you’d have in your own home. The back garden view was also a pleasant surprise- so many well-tended flowers in the garden with a nice expanse of woods. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and so peaceful. The location was great- just a few minutes into Kennebunk town proper, close to supermarket, CVS, shops and a 10 min drive to Kennebunkport. Beach chairs and cooler were also provided by the house and those came in handy when we went to the local beaches just down the road. We had the pleasure of meeting Linda the host when we arrived and she was warm, welcoming and super responsive. I’d highly recommend this place!

Kennebunk Getaway

You cannot choose a better cottage than this Gem. Linda & Mark have gone above & beyond to provide guests with everything they could possibly need for a relaxing night, week or in our case 3 weeks. With a fantastic covered porch & fire pit area just a great way to relax after a day enjoying the town of Kennebunk & Kennebunkport. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful location, exactly as pictured. Adorable cottage has everything you need and then some! Love the decor and the hosts are terrific and very easy to correspond with. Perfect Labor Day weekend stay

Very pretty and very comfortable! Has all the amenities you need- we enjoyed the fire pit and grill, and the close proximity to beautiful beaches, loads of thrift and antique stores and terrific Maine food. Very nice hosts as well who made us feel welcome. And we especially appreciate dog friendly people!

Wonderful cottage

The cottage is an oasis on the outskirts of town, with soothing beach colors throughout. The bathroom is gorgeous and the kitchen is as well-appointed as what you'd have at home. The several wall air conditioners kept the cottage very comfortable. Everything is well thought out, and there is nothing you could need or want that isn't already provvided, including an all-important beach pass to Kennebunk beaches, beach chairs and cooler. Linda and Mark Lawrence are the consummate hosts. We had a couple of questions upon check-in that they addressed immediately. We would definitely come back here if we are in the area again.

Beautifully decorated and well appointed cottage - perfect for a couple. Relax on the porch, walk to town for dinner, or visit nearby hiking trails. Owners have very thoughtfully provided beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and parking pass for nearby beach visits.

Very well equipped rental in beautiful and convenient setting.

Extremely well equipped and comfortable, quiet one bedroom apartment on the outskirts of Kennebunk. Convenient to I95 and Route 1. Chickens and groundhog in the yard in a very rural setting. Close (driving) to the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge as well as a number of beaches, and the shops are not too far away. The owner was very quick to respond to questions via SMS, but as everything was good we didn't need to communicate much. I would definitely recommend this to others and hope to return sometime.

Outstanding in every respect from ease of making reservation to responsiveness of host, the property is ideal for two. What a great find! We were pleasantly surprised and will be back for sure! Great street level space with a fabulous back yard. A beautiful and relaxing spot for your holiday!

This is a charming and well appointed beautiful hideaway. Everything you could need (including that all important beach pass) is included. Our hosts were communicative and very helpful. The space was very clean, really pretty, and very quiet which is important to us. A nice walk into Kennebunk and a quick drive to the beach or Kennebunkport. We loved our vacation and our stay at this meticulously renovated home.

We had a wonderful Maine vacation! The house was clean and well appointed and Linda was very responsive to any questions we had. It was especially nice that the rental included beach chairs, umbrella, and beach pass. We flew in from out of state and it was amazing to have all those things available. Nearby Parsons Beach is a treasure!

Adorable and spotless!

Super easy to book and the owner answered my questions promptly before booking. This place is the cutest and the colors and decor make it so relaxing. I was only in town for the weekend for a wedding and wish I could’ve stayed longer. I stayed at a local hotel closer to downtown during the summer and this place totally blows it out of the water! The price is right and it was the cleanest place I have ever stayed which is usually (much) pricier hotels. The location isn’t too far from Dock Square and the size of the place is perfect for a couple so you’re not tripping over each other in a small hotel room. I would definitely stay here again if I plan to go back to Kennebunkport!

Inside a Hallmark Movie

WE had such a great getaway weekend at this property in Kennebunk, Maine. Our hosts were lovely people who were available to answer any questions that we had. The cottage is finished beautifully with updated amenities while keeping a charming sea side touch. The town itself is wonderful and feels like you are inside a Hallmark Movie. I definitely hope to go back!
