Perfecte locatie! Geniet van een wandeling van 10 minuten naar het centrum van Kennebunkport en een korte 1. 5 mijl naar Gooches, Middle en Mothers Beach! Parkeerkaart beschikbaar voor uw verblijf. Dicht bij Webhannet Golf Course en geniet van een fietstocht of een mooie wandeling op de Bridal Path.

Alle comfort van thuis in deze retreat met strandthema, waaronder een goed uitgeruste keuken, een eetkamer en een aparte woonkamer met een flatscreen-tv. Slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed, tweede slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en de derde slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed en een tweeling. Baby pack en spelen is beschikbaar.

Mooi aangelegde, met gras begroeide hoekpartij met een patio met meubilair om na een dag op het strand te ontspannen met een nieuwe gasbarbecue. Zorg ervoor dat je op de manier van Maine wat kreeften en stoompannen kookt.

The Perfect Maine Getaway was exactly that and more! This home was so cozy and inviting as well as immaculately clean! The hosts did not miss one detail, we had all of the comforts of home. The shops are literally around the corner and easily walkable. The also were very quick to respond to questions. We would love to re-visit this home.More than 5 stars given for this one, it’s a gem!

The owner was a gem! He was quick to reply and even left wine, snacks, and a sweet handwritten note for us. The house was charming and comfortable. It is in a great location and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again. 5 stars!

Great location, short walk to Kennebunkport!

We have stayed here several times for Christmas Prelude with my adult children, their significant others, as well as my mom. It’s close enough to walk to Dock Square in Kennebunkport to shop and go out for dinner. We especially enjoyed coming back after being out all day and chatting by the fireplace! We’ll be back again!

Wonderful House

The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the nice welcome note, all the info of nearby things to do, the bottle of wine and snacks. What a wonderful stay in Kennebunkport! The house is perfectly appointed with everything you could ever need, and is walking distance to town which made for great dinners and breakfasts. This home was ideal for our needs. It was the anchor for an extended family tour of mid coast Maine. We would definitely come back for the house and for the nearby pitch and put 9 hole golf course and Wandby Landing’s pizza just around the corner.

Updated and convenient house

We enjoyed a few days at this house sand it gave us plenty of space for our family of five. The property was well stocked, beautifully updated and clean. The boys enjoyed soccer in the side yard and convince to town. Check in and communication with home owner was fantastic. We appreciated the snacks, refreshments and hand written note upon arrival too. Thank you for letting us stay.

Really Lovely Property

This was the perfect VRBO experience! The property is well maintained, clean, and even better than described. That is a rarity. It has a great Maine theme in its decorating. The furniture, bedding, and linens are comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. As a bonus, this owner does what every owner should and provided snacks, coffee, and other little touches. Small expenses go a long way to building goodwill and repeat customers! The property is near enough to downtown Kennebunkport to walk and there is an all-day breakfast place within 200 feet. The owner was communicative about check-in and check-out. I appreciate knowing that everything is ready for my stay and what is expected of me during it. There is a well thought out manual about the property and town that seems current. There are two TVs available, but no cable included. You need to plug in your own streaming info. The yard is also lovely and features a BBQ, outdoor dining table, and adirondack chairs. The garage has been converted to another living room space. There is a mini frig and TV in this space and a screen keeps insects out when the garage door is opened. (We loved that touch!) There are two off-street parking spaces included. A beach pass was provided, but not required during our stay. We would recommend this home to anyone without reservation and would stay with them again in a heartbeat.

This is a very nice, very comfortable property with excellent outdoor space and easy access to downtown and the local beaches. It was clean, bright and spacious.
