'We love staying at the Neelkanth Sarovar—it is such a lovely hotel—in fact, I would argue it’s the very best in Lusaka. The deluxe rooms are so spacious and comfortable with a separate seating area and a kitchen, including a cooktop for preparing small meals. I also appreciate the washer with a semi-enclosed balcony for hanging our clothes to dry. This is my 4th or 5th time to stay here, and I’m sure I will stay at the Neelkanth Sarovar again the next time I’m in Lusaka. '

'Een nieuw hotel vlakbij een groot winkelcentrum op loopafstand. Het personeel moet nog wel het e.e.a. leren maar zijn zeer vriendelijk. Ik had een kamer op de begane grond. Ruim en comfortabel met een goede badkamer. Ik kom hier zeker terug. '

Though you might prefer the Taj Pamodzi which has a more local (african) ambiance.'

'Great and helpful staff in both locatons of Natwange. For a backpacker place we found it a bit expensive. We had the chance to sleep in two different bedrooms, and one of them had a good comfy bed whereas the other felt like it would break if we move. Not sure about the difference between the two locations.
It would make the place also better with refurbished common bathrooms which need a makeover.
Hotel transfer from airport was useful but also bit expensive for 25$.

'The Grand Palace Hotel is not a bad hotel. But it does not stand up to the high quality that is promised in the adds and on the website. Main problem is that in the details the cleanliness could and should be better: especially the joints between the tiles. And wow: does it take long before the water in the shower becomes comfortable...'

'The Suites are amazing., including all the Staff who have made our stay very much accommodating. My children love it here( the whole place is family accommodating). I have recommended this place to friends on Facebook, instagram & whatsApp.
The only hazard is the coffee tale in the front room. It has sharp edges, the children have had a number of accidents .'

'Very friendly staff and excellent service. Good dining options.We experienced one of the best gyms ever, I could workout like I do at home, absolutely amazing. Also a very nice pool. I've known this hotel already for decades, this was the first time we had a room here. We will come back for sure.'

Extra plus is a director and staff that will bend over backwards to help you solve any problem you encounter, no matter if you need to borrow a laptop charger or struggle to comply with some government formality. In my view hard to beat in terms of value-for-money.'
