The only real negative is how poorly stocked the house was - no dish towels, trash bags, paper towels, napkins or tissues. The toilet paper was awful, probably the cheapest you can buy. The grease tray under the grill was so full/dirty that it flamed up and burned our dinner. There was some confusion about check in time but the host did respond and...
